    I have added this to to my workout rotation. I tend to have lower back problems and the pain seem to be relieved after following this work out. Thank you for sharing this on RUclips. I will definitely be interested in trying out more of your workouts after I am comfortable with the movements of this one.

    I have been struggling to do Yoga without hurting my lower back and this is the first time I feel I have been able to be successful in that. The way you give such detailed description of how every body part should feel in a particular pose is amazing. Really glad I found this channel. Thanks a ton.

      @@ManFlowYoga Agree, your instruction on alignment, and engaging the legs, glutes, core, and hips, have saved my lower back - I was arching it all this time, doing it wrong! Thank you 🙌🏼I have been rotating through your 7-day beginner's cycle while in quarantine lockdown, it's the best 20 minute start to the day.

    Oh my god! That was fantastic!!!!! I’m comfortable doing what I know so generally stick to the full body work out video I started with. I pressed the wrong button on my phone this morning and came to this one and thought what the hell… such a great work out! I guess it’s good to try new things 😊 Happy New Year

    I'm not sure those twists in the second exercise are great for the lower back, unless I misunderstood Bob & Brad's physiotherapist video

      Twists are fine and should be done for healthy, normal range of motion in your spine. If you have an injury, that's different.

    Hey dude! I enjoyed the content so much. I have been trying to research for vid like yours that informs everything in this RUclips video. 🧑‍⚕️ 🙌 The part at 1:12 is my favorite. Your explanation is like the channel of Dr Ethan. Doctor's tips are totally informative and I really learned a lot for midterms! He is an insightful Dr in the UK and he explains wellness.

    Been working on my hip flexibility with you for a few weeks now. Today I managed to get into, and hold, the full (yogi) squat without too much trouble at all. So pleased to achieve that - it had been eluding me! Thank so much Dean x 🇦🇺🤍💜🤍💜🇦🇺
