I have added this to to my workout rotation. I tend to have lower back problems and the pain seem to be relieved after following this work out. Thank you for sharing this on RUclips. I will definitely be interested in trying out more of your workouts after I am comfortable with the movements of this one.

Oh my god! That was fantastic!!!!! I’m comfortable doing what I know so generally stick to the full body work out video I started with. I'm not sure those twists in the second exercise are great for the lower back, unless I misunderstood Bob & Brad's physiotherapist video
Twists are fine and should be done for healthy, normal range of motion in your spine. If you have an injury, that's different.
@@ManFlowYoga Just went back and looked at their video about exercises to avoid (should have done that first, sorry!) and it's V Sits they say people shouldn't do, I hadn't realised how different those are
