excellent! Coming out of CVid and this was a great re-entry...especially that thoracic lunge twist. Did a lot of hacking and that pose really amped my sore chest/thoracic muscles. Thanks!

I'm a longtime yogini, but I've had some aches this week that made me not want to get on the floor. I found your video, and I enjoyed the sequencing and poses at the wall. I used a counter chair for modifications.

Another great workout to start my day and year, I've been following you for about 6 months now, going from 2 to 5 sessions a week, my back and knee pain is much less with a big improvment in my running as well, thanks and keep it up, oh and my dog's favorite position is corps pose too lol
