I love that I stumbled in such a beautiful reaction to what in my opinion is one , if not , the most beautiful song ever written and performed. Please check “Wake me up” by her as well. The love version is outstanding.
So many of her songs are like perfect gems to be heard and treasured by your heart- My first song by her was True Love - Official video is very well done but seeing her sing it live all by herself is a treat for the soul- Also any one the live versions of Gullsunnen is more beautiful than you can imagine- Also love Salt and Verde Min - I could go on and on
My favorite song by Eivør. Actually, one shouldn't interrupt it at all because the whole song is a big build up.
My second favorite song from her is "true love" and comes with a beautifully tragically sad video. You should also take a look.

Eivør is a Nordic spirit who walks among us. She has no equal. When she chants, that's her Nordic goddess rising up out of her human persona. She is and becomes a force of nature. No other explanation suffices.

For me it creates in my mind a similar story to "True Love" s video theme, except here a Goddess falls for a mortal. I see a visual in my head as first She floats in infinit cosmos, and as the music progresses so she gets closer to Earth, like in space nearing Sun System, through the asteroid belt, biiig planets passing by, approaching Earth, Earth s Gravity pulling and speeding her up, through the atmosphere then the clouds open her seeing all the green and blue then the final rush, will he catch her?.. etc etc or sg like that 😊
