Steroid Creams are indispensable in Dermatology. Steroid Creams are used to reduce the hyperactivity of the skin. If there is insect bite or if the immunity is overtly reacting also, there is itching, soreness and to control this we have to bring back the immune system to normal.

3 of my 7 kids have used corticosteroid creams and I have noticed some of these side effects but also other side effects like anxiety, sleep loss, weight loss, jitters, oversensitivity to pain which are reported in oral and intravenous corticosteroids. I strongly believe that the factors of race, age, and body weight affect the likelihood of developing these mental and hormonal side effects when using topical corticosteroids along with potency and duration of use.

Sir my age is 26 yrs.....dermatologist ne mujhe nose corners pe itching ke liye emosone (clobetasone) cream prescrib kiya hai.....1st day lgane pe to kuch nhi hua pr 2nd day skin allergic ho gyi nose or mouth ke bich vale area pr jaha jaha cream use kiya tha vaha chote chote daane jese ho gye hain bahut itching or burning sensation hoti hai....... plz suggest kariye ab kya krna chahiye...... Should I use hydrocortisone cream or any other cream?????
