Helpful. Imagine dealing with what was mentioned in this video, gangstalking, and other issues. Compounded problems for long periods of time and you feel trapped because you don't have the money at the moment to start over (new living and work environment). This has been my life for far too long and it's affecting my health tremendously. Not to mention I don't have anyone I trust enough to discuss all of this with. Most don't even believe in or understand the concept of gangstalking so I have to deal with this on my own and God. I need help to get out of situations that are no good for me. I've endured too much hurt, stress and obstacles for far too long.

Trauma coerced attachment. They deliberately lied to me in an awful way and then tried to have my information given to the other abuser, when I went no contact. Like once they encouraged stalking they were going to pretend like they did nothing wrong, and they’re my confidant. It’s warped

Is a corrosion to buy into the abusers narrative. . It creates doubt to believe your own voice

This information is so valuable. Your presentation is so clear, and it is dense too. I am taking notes. I pray that all of this information will get out to every abuse target and mental health professional who is not already aware of it. Thank you so much. And I must agree, your blouse is gorgeous. The colors and patterns of the fabric -- just beautiful. Thanks again, Támara. You lift me up.

They try to convince you exploitively that your thoughts and words are not conducive to their understanding! Desensitized your independence is on point! Learned helplessness! Defenseless! Broader context of loss of who you are!

I realized that my earthly family, is not my family. Blood Family (much like Blood Is Thicker Than Water) is an overused title. I found "Family" love with my friends and other associates, because they make me feel loved, heard, and wanted, and this alone gives me peace. I am OK with that.

My father would use the trauma coercive attachment tactic by way of Afrocentric engagement. He would be nonsensical then mask his behavior with a strong black power lure. That along with the biological connection kept me holding on tight. He was born the same year segregation became unconditional. So he saw and had been through a lot and I would always justify his behavior on that alone.

Just a comment on lockdowns, I came out of agnosticism and to Christ during the beginnings of lockdown. I finally had to STOP and I got to see what He was trying to show me my whole life. Im forever grateful that I had that downtime for the first time in my life.

How do we create solutions for these behaviors in business, advocacy, politics? Is the term conflict of interest from those elected, and whom draft our laws, considered abusive?
