Very impressive. It's the first time I see a system that provides a complete thermal barrier. It doesn't look like you have North American reps, isn't it? How do you install electrical wiring of plumbing on exterior walls?
Thank you Raymond! Indeed the Econex Profiles are especially designed to limit the thermal bridge! Wires are put into conduits inside the panels but plumbing goes into a service void ( battens and plaster board or MgO Board) The pipes are too big to be in the foam core! And no, we don't have US reps !
dmnzzzz , it is a building system, meaning it can be used for the entire superstructure. It is used inside for a multitude of reasons except heat transfer.
Anybody see any small MgO homes going up in Florida east coast? would like to see a real house! and possible custom build an MgO house with minimal lumber and NO INTERIOR DRYALL and just spray on exterior stucco. Open concept inside with only sliding Japanese walls/doors .. NO traditional interior doors, walls, baseboards. Single high pitch roof with a loft. Floating island kitchen counter in the middle with all appliances and storage in that space.
Don't know about Florida, I'm in Europe but regarding the open spaces there is a limit to what you can do in Sips. The only way to get that big open space inside is to do a primary steel structure and hide everything inside the Sip. Otherwise the glulam required becomes quite chunky.
Excellent Razvan! nothing like it on entire RUclips ... after all these years... thank you!
wonderful video man.
That's wonderful. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Pretty cool,
May I ask did you use SU to do this?
And using timber I'm guessing in a render wall system you experience cracking.? If not great work!
Thank you, yes I used SU for it!
