14 suprises we found on NCL Star

We’ve had mixed experience on NCL with one of best cruise experiences on Jade and worst on Dawn.
We were on Star this time circumnavigating around Ireland.
There were 14 things that really suprised on NCL Star
1 Pre cruise itinary changes 🤔
2 Poor embarkation organisation 🫢
3 Lay out of star works better than Dawn 😀
4 Entertainment was varied and not bad at all 😊
5 No Irish theming on the cruise 🫢
6 Fab whisky bar ruined by karaoke latter in evening
7 Buffett food good 🤗
8 MDR had problems 😵
9 Brazilian style Restraunt - Moderna was excellent 😍
10 Waiter service slow 😕
11 No drinks in jacuzzi no drinking from bottles no draught beer😤
12 Atrium cafe expensive 🤨
13 No live music on pool deck 😡
14 Slow tendering process when anchored ☹️

Thanks for the review of the Star. After watching this as well as your review of the Dawn, we are considering switching our planned Africa (South Africa, Madagascar, Mauritius) on the Dawn in 2025 with a cruise of the Star, that goes to Morocco, Spain and Portugal. Your reviews are very helpful.

Look at NCL Sky they have some SA itineraries next year as well. We will not go on Dawn again.

Same, the Dawn managers need to be sacked. It sounds like they haven't sorted out the delays on embarkation (Dawn).
