    2. What he feels is alarming for her to stay alone at home at night.
    3. Ashish sir is skilled in lecturing any topic in English Grammar.
    4. Whatever I learnt today is using properly the rules of gerund that is ineluctable for students being expert in English Grammar.

Object doesn't necessarily mean the receiver of an action. There are different kinds of objects in English.

      a party*
It's working like the verb DO here.
I was doing a party last night.
      Or
I was having a party last night.
Sense almost same hai. HAVE stative verb hai, par iske different meanings bhi hote hai.
      Have: to eat, to drink
      What are you having (eating)?
I am having (drinking) my favourite beverage.
