Spearfishing the Big 10 Challenge

I managed to win this years Annual big 10 competition hosted by the #sunshine_coast_skindivers.
Huge thanks to the president and all the committee members that make the club so great. Every comp and social event is a lot of fun.
This years big 10 was so close, #bart_mackenzie was in the lead for most of the year. I was lucky to have 2 weeks holiday in the last month of the competition. I got out as much as I could in those 2 weeks and picked up the fish I really needed to win.
Very delicious fish, A fish that always mistakenly identified as parrotfish. Dive safe always brothers
Yeah mate, one of my favourite fish to eat the tuskfish.
Always see people calling them parrots. Easy mistake I guess 😅

@@DownDeep I am in Oklahoma. It’s right in the middle of the US. It’s a tough state to spear with not a lot of clear water, but we get it done😁 Arkansas is next to us and you can spear game fish like stripers and walleye there.
Awesome mate, I have never spearfished in fresh water. Sounds pretty challenging. I bet no sharks makes it easier to relax though😅
@@DownDeep oh yeah. No sharks is great. Our biggest danger is getting ran over by a boat.
