This is probably one of my all time favorite builds, it really encompasses everything i look for in a car. 80's styling, manual gearbox, big motor, recaro seats, etc. Etc.. cannot wait to see it on this vs that
No replacement for displacement... your K24 with 69# of boost my make 1000hp but it is on the edge of blowing up, this monster 632ci does it without power adders. Now just think of twin turbos, or a roots blower or NOS or all 3! Love it. Smiles per gallon not miles per gallon.
Loved watching the build, gotta get it on This Vs That Next! You can tell that Suppy and Alex love the finished product by the level of emphasis they both had just talking about everything.
I just want y’all to know to keep up the good work but thank you for choosing the third GEN Camaro because I know a lot of people have a negative look on it due to all the issues that it was prone to have. You guys have my full respect and the car is absolutely gorgeous
Why is this so professional and polished? There's some character to a video that is filmed in a loud shop with a bunch of people interrupting and trolling
Dude I'd love to own that car. it's absolutely beautiful, and the added bonus of the shenanigan levels of power its got inside you guys did an amazing job on that
87'-90' IROC Z's my favorite Camaros of all time. It's nice to actually see one built correctly. I will so see one in drifting, pikes peak challenge, hot lap at tsukuba, etc.
Now that is a Camaro I'd daily! I'm not really a fan of them but this one is so well done! The mix of modern tech and old school design really works well and I think the livery really pulls it all together.
_never knew this two would become a very good presenter other than their mechanical talent. enjoy the chemistry this two has and throw in some micah there to add some more spice. dope!_ 👌🏽🤙🏽
So I have had a 3rd gen as my project car since 2006. This project is amazing and next level. I like your hack job builds as well but I truly appreciate the quality of this build. Keep it up!
I miss this show. Thank goodness yall do it. Sometimes the only way you can see how things are done is to just analyze every little detail and part and hear from who built it.
WHOOOOOO FINALLY BUILD BIOLOGY IS BACK!! And we get to learn about the Is the one and only This is one of my favorite shows to watch damn I missed this
You guys just built my ultimate dream car. My first vehicle I ever owned at 16 years olds was a third gen Iroc. It was written off in an accident caused by a stop sign runner. Ever since then I've been dreaming of getting another third gen and somehow putting 1000hp in it to daily. Watching this video just makes me wish even more that it was obtainable
you guys are always stepping it up. this video seems more professional than usual haha. always killing it. excited for what’s to come in the future from the best car channel out there. ps glad to see suppy and alex stepping into the forefront, they are great
I just got an 87 Iroc to part out and honestly after looking it over, I totally dig it! 5.7, posi, retro looking dash, now you guys make them look even better with this video!
Does anyone know what the custom dash/gauges is on this Camaro? It looks amazing, and the stock 3rd gen speedo's that only went up to 85MPH are nonsense.
This is a dream car to me. I had an 89 Iroc 5.7L when I was a kid. I’ve dreamt up meant builds of a gen 3 Camaro in my mind and this is what a lot of them look like in my mind. Just superb. I want it.
Please tell me that’s not grip tape on the pedals. I bought a keep years ago with bare metal, slippery pedals so I thought I’d just put some grip tape on ‘‘em for grip. Worst idea EVER. Imagine your foot catching on the gas pedal every time you need to slide over to brake. It would literally feel like my foot was glued to the gas pedal when I wanted to get to the brake as fast as I could. Anyways, people, never do that.
Good job presenting guys and great job with the build. I followed during the build and laughed so much. Thanks for putting in work from your British subscribers 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
I saw that custom Hoonigan Chevy Emblem right quick, and the 632 on the fender resembles the the Z28 in many ways. Nice attention to the details many would consider minor. Body kit and wheels brings the 80's into a more modern day Nascar stockcar/cupcar feel
Never really looked at that particular years of camaros.... However, this one looks sooo good & amazing! Love the grey wheels and body work. Now I want this car for the looks.
watching suppy and grimm flex their build skill on something they're proud of makes me happy. those guys are straight up salt mines but damn do they make a good fabrication team
Ahhhh, finally got my Suppyvisor fix. This build was awesome, and made me appreciate 3rd Gens. Look forward to more future builds. Wish I could afford one of the crate monsters lol
Omg I want it so bad...I had an 87 (with the knight rider front end) back when I was a kid (high school like 20 years ago),got it airborne and bottomed it out street racing, smashed the oil pan and blew the engine, back when I didn't know what I had before I gained adulthood and served overseas in Afghanistan...ugh I miss it so much. And I appreciate the painting I work in the sign industry and run a aluminum CNC so I get it, I get it when I have time and cash I'm gonna finish my E-34 and one day finish it, 5 years right now and still working on it
Cool exhibition car and nice publicity for the 632 crate motor. I’m guessing the goal with the transmission and wheels / tires was for drifting and burnout competitions. Love the interior and dash!
Welcome to the "Suppy & Alex Show" where they ramble and rant about pretty much everything... 🤪😁 But seriously: they thrashed like crazy on that project, "SEMA crunch" doesn't even cut it. So they deserve this spotlight of their hard work! 😎👍
Beautiful car, rear end looks sick with that spoiler and diffuser, wheels, the body kit, glad it was an 80s look with modern take, the Hoonigan Camaro logo is badass too
When the pandemic hit and I had some extra time on my hands 🙄 I found my first car for sale on market place, (my actual first ca)r which I built in high school and sold when I joined the military in 04. And aside from the Stevie Wonder wiring job its still fun as hell. I 6.0 swapped my Tahoe last year and still had the 5.3 so its over at the machine shop getting a tiny overbore to Ls1 specs, and my parts pile has 5th gen breaks, Viking coil overs, tubular k member with manual rack. I'm thinking of keeping it ruff looking so I don't have to worry about dents dings and what-not and I'm a big damn fan of the wheels you guys have here
Well, it's a step in the right direction. But we still need a full Grimm/Suppy show!!!
Ok, what’s the show concept?
@@TheHoonigans more builds like they have been killing
@@TheHoonigans Hotwheels? Camaro looks like one, could make it about replicating Hotwheels cars. Possible collab there
@@TheHoonigans Buy a shitty car. Have them make it a not shitty car. But then still call it a shitty car.
@@TheHoonigans the same concept they have been doing.... building cars... it works... why change it...
Would love to see it on this vs that
We need to see that
not gonna be competitive without slicks and beadlocks
Third gen vs the coalmaro?
@Eddie Hitler if it's up against so much as a stripped banshee on slicks it's gonna have trouble
Why? It's got less power, it's heavier, and has two less driving wheels. I can tell you the result right now: it's gonna lose. Surprise.
Coming from a former third gen owner, this is THE nicest third gen I've ever seen. Amazing to see all the limitations of the chassis solved
Well they really didn't leave much of the original car but it's one nice third gen I had three of them love those things
This is probably one of my all time favorite builds, it really encompasses everything i look for in a car. 80's styling, manual gearbox, big motor, recaro seats, etc. Etc.. cannot wait to see it on this vs that
Honestly the sickest third gen I've ever seen, this and the blue one that was featured @ sema a couple years back
Would that have been the DSE-Z? If not, there's another awesome build for ya!
Turd gen
Yes!
Should check out Toast
@@damiansmith5294 are you talking about the Detroit speed one? Cause that’s the one that came to my mind

It's so nice how Hoonigan has started hiring people who actually know how to build cars.
Straight up stole suppy and his whole family from NY lol, they had to have him
Bad daddy Brady finished some builds too 😂
Emotional damage 🤣
I just wish they'd go with a different name. Hoonigan sounds like the brand name i'd give a chicken farm.
I like Brad stfu lmao, also tho yeah def super sick to have suppy and alex making crazy builds no problem
Why is this so professional and polished? There's some character to a video that is filmed in a loud shop with a bunch of people interrupting and trolling
Love seeing these guys so happy! Just pause in 0:03 and you can see a genuine smile. Dope stuff Hoonigan friends!
An informative Hoonigan video with zero scumbaggery? Next level
These guys are unreal. And they actually have good chemistry its fun to watch. You should pay them more.
Alex and Suppy really nailed this build and the presentation was better than most Ted talks!
The saving gas part was super funny!😅🤣😂
Honestly probably my fav car you guys built. All the custom functional elements is lovely!
So glad i was able to see this in person at Barrett-Jackson this year, what an amazing build!
Lots of 3rd gens were built with rear drum brakes. It was it's own option. You could even get an IROC with rear drums if you wanted.
Dude I'd love to own that car. it's absolutely beautiful, and the added bonus of the shenanigan levels of power its got inside

it's so nice to see what Paul Giamatti is doing with his life away from the silver screen
Glad its the actual builders explaining the builds
Grimm and Suppy were brilliant at presenting this show . More please

As weird as it sounds I kinda want to see in details how they did the suspension setup in the back and all the CAD stuff alex made 🥵
Watch the build videos there great!
That's not weird at all. I wanna know, too.
I'm in the middle of prepping an old 9" for under my 3rd gen Firebird. I'd love to figure out a way to ditch the torque arm
Alex is the CAD-DADDY 🥵 😩😫😤😤

One cool thing you can do with 3d printers is you can super quickly print a mold then you can lay carbon or fibreglass over top and it's pretty dope
Not quite. You still need to Bondo + prep the mold before being able to lay cloth.
This whole car is sick. The custom front emblem is a great detail. The wheels are beautiful.
my first car was a 1988 Camaro RS and this gives me all the feels

They was pretty weak back then! It came with a 305ci that made like 205hp if that!
In an earlier episode they said it was a MoTeC panel. I didn't catch which model though
Suppy and Alex have great chemistry and turned out to be really good presenters on top of being amazing builders. Good job guys!
What car do you want to see on Build Biology next?
Lexus LFA swapped Toyota Supra
more rolls royce please
Napalm Nova Scotto no it still ends no butts scotto and it's 911 please I want to know more
Rolls rpyce and the Halo warthog. CNt get enoughnof thoose 2 lol

Oil on the brakes and skateboard tape covered in superglue on the gas pedal.
