You did a better job explaining than the other guys I watched. Couldn't figure out why when the text was reacting it would jump to the left side of the screen. No one pointed out the anchor point.
When I enable expressions adn connect it to the audio I never get this [temp,temp] line, and when I try adding it AE tells me it isn't defined. P.S. I try to the the gauss blur react to the music

CTRL + ALT + HOME is the shortcut to align your anchor point directly in the center of an object
tip: press ctrl+alt+home to auto center the anchor point
