Thanks for the informative video. I have one of these and I have only used it to record directly to the transmitter. The audio is very low even with the gain cranked all the way up. So for your demo it seems that connecting it directly to a camera produces a better quality video? I don't have a camera that works with a microphone so I can't test this out.
The audio recorded internally on the transmitter is low on purpose to constitute a safety track to avoid distortion. It is clean, so you can amplify it without getting noticeable noise. If your camera has a USB input for a mic, the receiver will work this way.

@@KnowledgeSharingTech I wanted to say thanks again. As I said before my camera doesn't have a mic jack but I do have an old Zoom H2 recording device. If I connect it to the Zoom H2, I get audio in the ranges that I need. I actually had to lower the output because it worked too well. Again, thanks!!
