We are the same in Yorkshire. Initially told a bypass relief road was needed. Only to discover, 2k houses were to be built. As always, no infrastructure, not really any 'affordable housing', many are already up for sale. We now have deers & foxes roaming around at night because their habitat has gone, thanks to the property developers!

Hi em, just a little tip re walking trainers. Where they rub, give them a good bash with a hammer to soften up the material. I do this with all my shoes and trainers and it helps a lot 🔨🔨🔨😄
If you're going to Canada in the winter Em, I don't think your trainers are going to cut it. I would suggest getting some warm well-insulated boots. You wanna keep your feet dry & warm, & make sure you have a good hat & mitts. ☺

Well you’re only a 5 1/2 hour car ride away which is close by Canadian standards. lol Enjoy the Falls Niagara is quite spectacular but do try and go to Niagara on the Lake, very near and very pretty.
