CHISEL 🤘❤ Saw them in Brisbane a couple of weeks ago on their 50th Anniversary tour. Chisel are loved by all ages, the young girl they kept panning too, wouldn't even have been born when this song first came out. The 2nd singer- Barnsey has an awesome solo career. Check out Jimmy Barnes and Joe Bonamassa- Stone Cold
Ooooh you really need to do Bow River next...the one from this performance is good and then look for Ian Moss Georgia...mind blowing with a great side story!!!
Updated on the band, Les left in 1975. Main line up would be Jimmy Barnes, lead singer. Ian Moss on vocals and guitar. Phil Small on Bass. Don Walker on keys. Steve Prestwich on drums RIP🕊 Steve is on the shaker in this clip.
I thought it was about leaving a war zone originally, and I loved it as just that. When I heard the composer meant it to be about a broken relationship I could get that, too. But I still my head still imprints war on the song. Either way it’s legendary
Best band to come out of this country. Check out more and also Jimmy Barnes has a huge solo career to check out

I can’t believe I didn’t know they were touring until it was too late. Did JB still hit those high notes? I’ve loved them since I was in high school.
The other vocalist is Jimmy Barnes a national treasure..

Check out "Forever now". Live or official video is fine. Same deal with "Flame Trees".
Such a phenomenal band, love this song and performance. When jimmy comes in it just gives me goosebumps all over

It's about a relationship; nothing to do with the military.
