I just got the Leaps & Rebounds brand a few weeks ago and I LOVE it! I agree, assembly sounded a lot more difficult than it actually was :) I got mine in blue!
I just want to say thank you for this video and for responding to comments/questions. I read through all of them and you have answered all of my questions. I'm 50, always been active, but as I get older I struggle with joint paint and have been researching rebounding as a new way to stay in shape. Naturally, I started looking on Amazon, but there are so many and when it comes to workout equipment, I don't want to risk something that is unsafe, or such poor quality it's fun... I watched you video on this topic too... The LR keeps resurfacing as a good option and I'm not ready to spend 4-$500 on one of the other high rated models. Thanks again for such comprehensive reviews. I'm going to use your code to get the discount on the LR. I hope you get a little kick back. I also subscribed to your channel, so I can workout with you when my LR arrives. Thanks again! 💕
Thank you so much for this comment! Comments like these are what keeps me going! I am so happy my review videos helped you pick your rebounder. The LR is a great rebounder and I hope you love it! Rebounding is my favorite cardio for sure.
@@BounceFitBabe I will post another comment after I get it and let you know what I think. Please do keep going... I like giving words of encouragement when I can because I know RUclips and life are hard... Your videos really did help because I was thinking very seriously about going with an Amazon product just to try rebounding and there are not a lot real reviews for the cheap rebounders. I saw lots of reviews about the JS and the LR and Bel... Something that was crazy expensive, but most of those felt biased. Your review, even of the Amazon product, felt fair and honest. It looked like you were jumping with the same intensity on all of the tramps... Some reviewers we're quite obviously jumping with more or less intensity to try and sway you that the one they liked was better. Your video just felt really authentic and I respect that! Thanks again and best of luck with your channel.
@@BounceFitBabe Ha.. you're welcome! Your response was very timely. I literally just finished putting the bungees on my LnR. All that's left is the legs. 😁
Leaps & rebounds is nice, but it took over 2 wks to get our mat replacement when it broke the 1st time; Now it's taken 35 days & counting for the 2nd time. First time, the plastic hook snapped off that holds the bungee cord; 2nd time, it tore along the skirt that covers the bungees. It's also quite high so you need to have enough ceiling space to jump. As well it has a lot more rebound than most at home Rebounders - so you'll jump higher & it feels more dangerous than a standard rebounder, in that sense.
I’m considering another rebounder now that my mat has broken for a 2nd time. And it doesn’t take that long for it to break. I just don’t think it’s tough enough. I’m 20-30 pounds below the max weight.
@@rburnsiv I'm glad it's not just me. Our main user is far below the max weight limit and the infrequent user is also below the limit. I'm guessing they used different materials when they tested them and determined they were hearty enough to actually offer a lifetime replacement. Reality seems to be much different with what they're sending out to customers. It is very time-consuming to have to reattach all those bungees. But we've had just about every rebounder out there and none of them last. Most are not able to be fixed at a reasonable cost or DIY. Be interested to know if you find something you like.
Thanks for helping me decide. I went for a 48" Leaps and Rebounds. I wanted purple but it would have taken 2 to 4 weeks. Blue will do. I really appreciate your review and discount code.
My sis loves her JumpSport Pro 350 and I ordered a used one at a discount on Amazon. In the box was a JumpSport 350f (foldable) instead of the Pro. Seller gave me a partial refund for their mistake, and I am quite happy with the 350f. Grateful to have made a good deal on a great rebounder. It's nice to have the option of folding it if I want to travel with it- because I will. We are both pleased with JumpSport's quality and their design for durability is obvious. I've read reviews about plastic parts breaking off Leaps and Rebounds.
Hi Lauren, thank you for your videos. I have decided to go with Jumpsport but can't decided on which model. I am 5'2" and weigh about 112 lbs or so. I have a delicate knee & back from separate injuries long ago. They don't bother me unless I strain them (i.e. carrying heavy objects). Taking this into consideration I don't know which model would be better. I don't want too firm since I want to avoid too hard of an impact but I don't want soft that it feels mushy. I do like the adjustable bungees they offer. What are your thoughts ? Thank you in advance:)
How frequently do you use the leaps and rebound? I see so many comments on amazon and RUclips videos about the clips breaking and it taking multiple weeks to get a replacement under warranty. Have you had any issues with yours? I would like the 48" surface but rebound daily for 30+ minutes and weight 175 so I want my next one to be sturdy and not break frequently, even if covered by warranty.
Expressing how great this rebounder is! Having tried other brands, I find the Leaps & Rebounds rebounder to be the best. The bungee cords make it gentle on my knees and calves, allowing me to rebound for longer and reap all the benefits without any risk of injury."
Great video as these are the two I am considering without ever have rebounded, I do have slight lower back issues on occasion usually when I overdo , I have a Pilates reformer and I also walk/run on iFIT treadmill so with the occasional low back issue would one be better than the other ? I do know you can purchase soft bungees to alternate for a softer bounce for the leaps and rebounder to calibrate your bounce thanks for the help ❤
Hi Melissa, thanks for your question! I’d go with the JumpSport if you have lower back issues, and possibly add the stability bar to help take any pressure off.
Hi, want to get my wife a L&B rebounder for her 1st one. Is the 40" OK for 6:22 a beginner or does she need the 48"? She is 5'4", 140lbs. Thank you. Facebook just gave me a coupon on the L&B page for $144 free shipping on the 40". Appreciate your time and expertise.
Hi Tim, thanks for your comment. I prefer a larger bounce surface because I’m very tall, but since your wife is 5’4” the 40” would probably be okay. Let me know what she thinks!
I think you said the jump sport was a bit softer mat? I am elderly and would want the lowest impact. I want the answer to be leaps n rebounds… I the impact regarding softer jump surface the jump sport? Thank you for your wonderful comparison.
Are there different covers for the 350pro? Looking at a used one and the cover/skirt seems different and doesn't appear (photos) to go to the edge of the frame. I tend to be accident prone. Like the idea of not falling through the edge.
Thanks for your comment! Yes, there is a different type of skirt on the 350 pro. I would suggest either the 370 pro or even the 570 pro (larger bounce space) for you. Both of them have the petals that surround the bounce area which gives it a little more coverage. Don’t forget to get your 10% discount using my code (BFB10)! Let me know if you have any more questions, I’m happy to answer them.
Hi buying a used bungee rebounder is not worth it in my opinion. I bought a brand new jumpsport 350 model 6 years ago with the old skirt(the old skirt only covers the bungee cords halfway). My bungee cords on my jumpsport have never broken or busted BUT they are very stretched out to the point that when I bounce moderately, the sole of my feet feel the floor while pressing down to the mat of the jumpsport. My rebounder no longer allows me to bounce on a firmer surface and it’s no longer stable. I have always weighed well under the maximum weight. Anyway, if you are going to buy a jump sport, buy replacement bungee cords from the manufacturer’s website.
hi I am really interested in the 200 series and noticed that there isn't a way to compare them but I am able to compare the 300 series and up. Can you tell me something about the 200 series. Thank you so much.
Hi! Thanks for your comment. I don’t know much about the 200 series, except that the endurolast cords are not adjustable. If you do the 350 there are 30 adjustable cords. If you do the 350 PRO you get 36 adjustable cords. I hope this answers your question! Let me know if you have any more questions, I’m happy to help.
I have a 550 JumpSport (skirt mat) and a 48 inch PROBounce which has similar measurements to the Leaps and Rebounds. The bounces feel very similar and quite honestly, I did not perceive much difference when adjusting the JumpSport cords from their loosest to tightest. I prefer the PROBounce for much more space. Just see no reason to spend much more on a JumpSport or Bellicon.
Hi Tracy, thanks for your question. I think it’s personal preference. I like to use a larger surface for ab work, and also I’m 5’11”, so I have long legs and need more jump space.
