These are delicious!!! I made them for my 2-year-old grandson and he absolutely loved them. He actually started crying when I told him no more. I made a double batch and put them in the freezer so he can have 2 when he comes over for a visit. Thank you for a great healthy snack.
@@jackiesibblis3793 me too! I don’t have a recipe specifically for pumpkin bread actually but have you tried my sweet potato bread? You could make that recipe with pumpkin purée instead of mashed sweet potato (Vegan Sweet Potato Bread 🍠 Oil-Free! ruclips.net/video/S63ZTvSoPIU/видео.html)
Pumpkin spice things with actual pumpkin with them? What?! These look delightful and easy to make, and the latte looks so warming in the chill setting in here in the Upper Midwest. Thanks for posting 🙂
Another fantastic video Kathryn with those 😋😋😋 Pumpkin Pie Energy Balls. Good to see the video that was supposed to be uploaded last weekend but it was worth the wait. Love 🥰 the video and love 💗 Kathryn & ❤ Bryan.
@@TastyThriftyTimely My parents are down in Florida without power post-hurricane, at the moment, so I don't really have anyone to mark it with, right now. :-P 'sjust the way things go. I saw a Polish RUclipsr making jarred pickled fruits -- I'm not exact on the name of the dish, and I'm not sure if it's vegan, but I figured Bryan might be interested if he hadn't heard of them already. 🙂I think her name is Karolina Zebrowska? She does a lot of historical fashion stuff, history stuff, and her (I think?) most-recent video was talking about the deep Polish roots of Maria Skłodowska-Curie.

Do you have info on how I could possibly make these with chickpeas instead of nuts for protein? I can't eat nuts or seed butters in these amounts. Thank you!
@@beagoodhuman44 hmm for my chickpea peanut butter energy balls I use 1/2 cup oats, 2 cups chickpeas, 1/2 cup peanut butter which you could sub with pumpkin, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and then you could add the pumpkin spice blend. You may find you need more dry ingredients and you can increase the oats or add something like ground flaxseed. You might want to cut down on the chickpeas a bit ant add a bit more pumpkin instead too. I hope that helps to give you an idea of how to get started!
Yes definitely! I love pumpkin pie and I’ve experimented with a recipe for it but I haven’t landed on the right ratios yet. Trying to make it as healthy as possible always makes things difficult for me and requires a lot of testing lol! Hopefully I’ll land on a great recipe!
Hmm when I click print recipe from the top of the blog post it shows the ingredient amounts for me. If I click “print recipe” from the recipe card it also shows the amounts. You can also select US or metric and it will populate with that suggestion. Is there another browser you could use perhaps? If you’re using safari and could try it on chrome for instance?
