@@jackiesibblis3793 yes there’s pumpkin seeds in this one but you could definitely replace the applesauce in them with pumpkin purée and add some pumpkin spice blend to them too. Kathryn, thank you for this video. I love having so many recipes in one video. Some were "reminders" and I was glad to think about them again. Now, funny story. I happen to have some sweet potato casserole left from another RUclipsr and I didn't love it. I was trying to force myself to eat a little each day, or maybe freeze it. Then comes your sweet potato bread recipe :). I used your recipe but used my sweet potato casserole. I didn't use the dates because the casserole had pecans (and dates? if I remember). I also didn't add the additional sugar because that was one of the things I didn't like in the casserole (sweet). I cooked everything in a 9x11 (?) pan so I could cut squares - I adjusted the cooking time to 32 minutes. It turned out delicious and I'm enjoying it very much. Thank you! I also made the Ginger Tumeric Tea. After it's completely cooled I'm going to put it into ice cube trays and freeze it. BTW, congratulations on 25k Subscribers! I really enjoy your videos. Dolores

Autumnal are pumpkin, persimmons, apples ... But eiter way I love all things carrot... There are all kinds of yummy things out there, carrot cake, carrot cake bliss balls, carrot cake oatmeal etc...
