Rikus: The Road To Recovery Part 6

Rikus had a STEMI Heart Attack during a Half Marathon on 18th February 2018. He finished the race and got himself to hospital where he had three stents fitted.
A couple of days after discharge he returned to hospital for observations as he had not felt entirely comfortable around his chest area.
This series of videos will follow him as he progresses through his recovery. Entirely shot by him recording his thoughts so they could be shared with you.
