I , now and then, come back and rewatch your videos on here as I find they keep me grounded, especially when it feels like the pain is winning too often. I found this one really helpful, moreso listening to how another wheelchair user talk about their chronic pain. It's given me more insight into how to manage my own pain. Like you I'm on opioids and muscle relaxants, I hadn't even considered nytol for when night time pain prevents sleep, I'll have to research where to find the tea though. Really good insight and looking forward to watching/hearing you speak at the Disability Wales event in Cardiff, October 2022.
