Of all the records that I have, more that 3,000, The ROCHES Christmas is my favorite. Three girls A CAPELA, they sound better that a full orchestra they are just Too much
I heard it on the radio one winter night while driving home through a snowstorm....it picked me up right on the spot. The tempo is great for driving. And great for everything else too. Best new version of a great old song I know.
Theirs is my favourite music album ever. I can't believe it's just three voices. I saw Suzzy's daughter Lucy perform this summer, she was amazing, her voice is that clear fabulous sound of her foremothers.
Oh thank you so much for posting this. I've never seen any clips of them performing these songs before. It's astounding how three women with ordinary voices can join together to sound like a full choir.
@bakayaroonna8 - Mine too. Since it was first released, it's my favorite of all my Christmas CD's. . I play it for days on end from November to January! So glad to see vids of them here.
Well now. Once again you have bested us heathens with your superior knowledge of God. Thank you so very much. Now go vote for Bush again. God speaks to him PERSONALLY.
I'm a Scrooge, hardcore, but my mom used to play the We Three Kings album to me as a child. It made me happy back then, but now it makes me cry. This depressing comment is brought to you by: Alcohol! Happy or Sad, you're going to drink it anyway!
Actually, the problem in English is that "He" can include femenine and neuter. But "She" can only mean feminine. So, if the Roches meant that Jesus is a woman (not historically acurate, but that is beside the point) it would have been acceptable to use He or She. (Similar to when Elizabeth I called herself a prince, not a princess.) But if the Roches wanted to say Jesus sex was unimportant they should have used "He" for the simple reason that "He" can include everyone, whereas "She" can not.
These genius talents are outrageously underrated
cannot thumbs-up this hard enough, thank you

Who needs music when the singing is this beautiful? Not just beautiful - full of the spirit of Christmas, a reminder of the Lord's gifts to us.
One of my favorite Christmas albums ever!
Merry Christmas in the next dimension, Maggie; thank you for your time on Earth and the gifts you shared.
Love these Ladies... My favorite Christmas Album (with my favorite Christmas song, Star of Wonder.).
me too
I love this christmas album. It's one my faves and shows just how good their chops really are.
We play this album every Christmas
My all-time favorite Christmas album. I listen to it all-year round. Find their original song, "Star of Wonder" - it is incredible.

I was looking for something to get me into the Christmas spirit..... this did it!

@sunnygrl
Agreed! Ever since I was introduced to their Christmas album back in the early '90s, it's been my absolute favorite. Gorgeous!
They are just so fabulous--this is one of my favorite Christmas CDs.
Back here again for the season. Bittersweet now with Maggie gone.
another Christmas passing through..
Happy holidays 2020 to all Roches fans. I am thankful for their music to help get us through tough times. May 2021 be a happier year.
yep .."we three kings" is a longtime favorite.. rats! i have the cd packed away somewhere.
I would LOVE for that to be uploaded here too! I just adore that song!
I don't usually like Santa Claus Day music but these ladies are fantastic.
One of my favorite clips on RUclips. Keep coming back every year. Merry Christmas!
Even after posting this over twelve years ago, their harmony is unbeatable!!
Sheer Beauty. Priceless. Thanks a million for posting.
Now that's what I call Christmas music
All the best for 2008
Is this from a TV appearance? I've never seen this clip. Thanks for posting, I love the Roches Christmas album!

She do!

Will someone upload these guys doing Good King Wenceslaus from the We Three Kings CD?
I can't get it now.
Would love to see this clip in higher quality.
SHE rules the world?
God is neither male nor female. Or maybe God is both male and female?
God is spirit, but God became man, and Christ, a man, rules the universe. These re just dopey feminists
can you upload the song "We Three Kings"
What Do They mean, "She" rules the world???
Can I join your band? Please?

What do they mean "SHE rules the world"?
Which is why it is Merry Christmas not happy holidays.
One of the best harmony groups ever, though as much as I love them, i just wish their voices were a little sweeter.
