Yh the 7th floor has the best view, as regards sunlight, it really depends on what side of the building you are on but the lighting is really good from up there.
Hi, the shared washrooms have both a toilet and shower in them and everyone on that floor shares them. For East/West towers, I think there are about 8 washrooms on the floor, so people just share those

I think for now it’s only residents of the building that can access it.
