4) In spiritual battle you always have to keep your peace
5) Know your weaknesses (your fallen passions - angles of attack)
- 7 Deadly Sins: Anger, Gluttony, Greed, Pride, Laziness, Lust, Envy
6) We need to have a Holy Spirit inspired specific strategy
7) Remember. Remember the Lord (your first Love). Remember what is most important: union with God.

Wow. Father Goring is a powerful speaker. I accidental ran into this video and have forward it to my family and friends. This is what the world needs alongside with much prayer. Fr. Goreng is the only Catholic Priest I have heard who can preach an excellent sermon, rather than give a simple little homily. Though the Christian Church is built on Christ Himself the Rock and not Peter (his name meant a pebble) and Peter merely affirmed that Christ is the Rock, I fully agree with the 7 principles contained in this sermon. The Catholic Church needs more preachers like Fr. Goreng.

"And upon this Kaphas I will build My Church." Not "Little Rock or Big Rock" Just Rock - Kephas - and he spoke to Peter in the singular. "Big Rock and little Rock (pebble was long dead "Classical Greek in Jesus' time. Jesus spoke in Aramaic - not Classical Greek!). From then on Kephas is mentioned throughout the New Testament.

Some man came around a corner yesterday and just started screaming at me bcuz my dog was barking at his dog,we were on a walk.He approached us and I told him my dog will bite you.....back off and you should've seen the fear in his eyes!! It was awesome! I did yell back though,not too much.I almost had to mace the man.My point is satan does roam the earth seeking whom he may devour.My anger is well known to him and i almost blew it but didn't!!Prause the good Lord.Amen.Be blessed all !!

How much I needed to be reminded of this today. The devil prowls around constantly and therefore, we need to be constant to listen to in prayer, to God,,through His Son, Jesus, in all that we are,taught to remember.

Alfred, have you looked into a Healing Mass? Look up the Charismatic movement in your area and see if there are Healing Masses that they sponsor. A lot of people have found healing this way. God bless.

The big deal that we are made in the image and likeness of God. How amazing is that ? I spent a lot time talking to my son about that fact. He latched on to it and has become a good devout Catholic.

Awesome that you talk to your son about that. You know what's an amazing thing? When God made the Universe, he created all the angels at once, which means that he created your specific guardian angel for you, just to wait until your were born. Angels are magnificent, sophisticated beings, and imagine that God made one, just to keep you safe and on the straight and narrow, that's how much he loves you.

We can prove our love for God by our free will....by choosing what He commands. Luther disobeyed God by following his own will...Lucifer followed his own will...and so by his followers. GOD IS JUST..HE REWARDS THE GOOD USE OF FREE WIIL. AND ONE WHO OBSTINATELY FOLLOWS HIS OWN CONDEMNS HIMSELF.
THS Holy Scriptures say that he who does not believe the Gospel is already condemn.
If we have no free will, we are just animals who follow its instinct.
God gave us the freedom to do His Will or go against His Will. So we can follow Him or rebel against Him...that is why we are called sinners

I know Father Mark is Novus Ordo and it’s hard to find priests like him in the NO Church. Have you ever gone to a Traditional Latin Mass? The priests are more like this priest . I love the TLM so much that I don’t even go to the NO Mass anymore. It is so watered down and most don’t even believe in the real presence of the Eucharist.
