Great stuff. Never realised Paste Style was even there. If you do want to create a pattern that can be changed to any colour, you need to assign the "Unset Paint" (question mark icon) to the pattern in the FIll & Stroke dialogue.
Fantastic, thanks for the video. Yes they are all very useful tools. One thing, the reason for using the selection of objects by the same color, type, etc, is speed and time saving. A little tip that will save even more time, instead of having to go to the top bar to find the tool, you can also do it from the right button. In fact, I think the right-click may itself be another undervalued tool or shortcut.
Yes you're right, i like to use the right button to set clips rather than setting another shortcut that wastes space on the keyboard. It would be amazing if you could create a custom menu with all the tools you want like in Blender.
Great Tips! Being a beginner in digital art, I especially like and find useful the Cloning and Bitmap tips. As always, your videos are intuitive and encouraging. Thank you! 😀
Thank you so much. This was so helpful. I do illustrations for Instructions to my sewing patterns and the first tipp with copy and paste properties will save so much time. I also liked the using of bitmap copy to avoid the slowing down, as that occurs quite often after I have drawn several pages. The "select same" I use quite often myself, which can save you a ton of time. Thank you so much again. Now I will look into how I can save my patternfills for the future use.🤩

Awesome. Thanks for the tip!.
This tutorial is great! The clones and the patterns blew my mind! Thank you a lot for sharing your knowledge with us! 😄
Good tips! For software that's freely available, Inkscape really is amazing.

Even though I knew these features already, it's very helpful to get new perspectives on how and where to apply these. Thanks for the video.
