The last time i was there early 2000's the lady in front of us copped a nasty black eye from a big chunk of flying clay off the track , never forget it !
Don't know why some super rich ex drivers don't invest in it and give something back to the sport that served them so well during the halcyon years. Its bullshit that fine complex is just sitting there rotting away. It does not look that far gone to me and would take less effort to restore than build a new one i would suggest. Dam shame
Hey Paris, back a couple of years ago there was a Facebook page and a bloke that was starting to clean up the speedway to have burnouts/ re open there once again. Then the updates stopped and the page was deleted. Do you know anything about this?

That track needs to be raced on so bad buy the looks of things wat a cool lookn track
it was a great place to visit, i can only hope somebody with passion buys the venues and rebuilds it better than it ever was.

hi yes, sadly, it did not get off the ground, too many council regulations blocked the plans

Man they should repurpose it to an RC Car place with multiple tracks or motor cross or something.
