I don't know if there is a way to know if your code is similar to another theme. The best you can do is to create a unique design rather than a generic design that most themes have. If you have created the theme from scratch, there is a good chance that your theme code is unique.

Hi bro I want to ask you something if we use free blogger templates from goyabi templates then they mention footer their credit line so If we remove that footer credit and add own website name and after that apply for Adsense then Google Adsense approved in my website or if we use free blogger templates with their footer credit and don't remove it then Google Adsense approved in my website please tell me it's very important

I think you can get AdSense approval even if you have the default footer credits from the author. So, if you are using a free theme/template from a theme provider, I think you should keep the credits of the author (although it is possible to replace the credits with your own). Or you can check their license to know if it is okay to remove their credits. If you have the premium version of the theme, it is okay to remove the credits and add your own.
