The track explores his own relationship with his disease physically, mentally and spiritually. A constant battle against negativity and constraint in the fight for survival, enlightenment and recovery. The 7 Rens representing the sides of Sick Boi die at his own hand clearing the path for a new phase. This track is Kendrick-inspired in places. Slaughterhouse album has few rap-based tracks other than this one (and a couple of others including collab(s) with Chinchilla). Kit (the female vocalist in this track) will feature quite a bit in it too. So the 'new start' is also a musical shift in emphasis. It's good to watch your appreciation of his musicality and talent and hope it feeds positively into your own musical journey. 👍👍
