    Virtually UNSTOPPABLE. It would have been a gift to watch wade at this form progress through his career. Wish he would have avoided that injury. He was the league's best playmaker and on route to becoming the GOAT. That's how good and how much potential he had!

      If d Wade had stayed healthy and his team before meeting Lebron won in 05 as well as 06 (and they would’ve if not for injury)... then he’s got 4. Imagine if Lebron didn’t choke in 2011. Then he’s got 5 with 3 finals mvps. All of a sudden he’s well past Kobe peak for peak and were only talking Lebron Wade and Jordan. Period. Circumstance has a lot to do with legacy. Wade had the talent tho

      - 28.8ppg on 50.6% eFG and 81.6% FT (drawing a massive 11 FT's a game!) AND
      - 7.9apg (40.4% AST - this is around what Magic Johnson produced)

      Jarhtims the 06-07 heat had injury problems but man I still say if they didn't play Chicago in 2007 they repeat...Chicago was the one team wade struggled against all season from 2004-2008 basically because of deng and hinrich defense and ben walalce and Tyson chandlers defense on shaq....other than the spurs no other team could guard Miami besides the bulls and they were a little older...adding a young energy guy like dorrel wright who didn't get minutes off the bench or someone else who was young could have made them better but they chose to stick with old guys like Alonzo and payton and walker and Williams playing major minutes it bit them in the end...shaq wade posey walker haslem Williams is a great starting 6 though lol

      The shoulder surgery was not his issue. You dont know his history. He has been on record saying that it was the surgical decision to remove his meniscus from his left jumping knee during college that shortened his prime. Today, sports medicine surgeons dont remove menisci if an athlete wants to have a long career. For example, westbrook had a similar issue and his surgeons repaired his meniscus instead of taking it out. The meniscus serves as a natural cushion for your knees

    IMO, this version of Dwyane Wade before he dislocated his shoulder was better than LeBron was in 2006 or 2007. He was arguably the 2nd best player in the league behind Kobe those seasons. After what DWade did in the 2006 Finals, and how LeBron performed in the 2007 Finals, it was so evidently true. It's a shame that Wade left Miami though. It won't be the same not seeing him in a Heat uniform.

    • @californiabear5395
      @californiabear5395 7 лет назад +6

      Dave jahoer bro of course he was better than Lebron. At least for 3-4 years, it's media got Lbj balls in their mouth all the time, in part due to Nike billion dollar deal, and also old school players like Charles Barkleys aalways have hated on Wade. Not giving enough credit Nuthing to take away from Lbj, he gets his due, and for all the right reasons. But he relies on his indestructible body and size/strength
      Even in year one Wade was better than Lebron, if you watched the 2 playoff series, specially against pacer. In his only Second year in 05 he took the team to EFC had the same team piston on their knees, the same team that embarrassed Shaq Kobe 3 peat team 4-1 on the way to championship, and it took spurs 7 games to beat them. 3-2 up Wade had to miss game 6, played hurt in game 7 and lost by 2 points. And they actually let players play back than. Pistons D was also some else. Heat had every chance to beat the spurs as well. In his second year he he had good chances of winning championship. And heats ring was only healthy Wade years away, next year.
      I don't remember any player grew bigger as the the moment got bigger faster than Wade. Even Lebron/Kobe it took em some time to learn to win in playoffs
      Wade games like poetry in motion, finesse, better feel for the game, fundamentals only comparable to me Big Fundamentals himself, Duncan. Nuthin forced, Post game unmatched for the position. And never gets the credit of two way talent he is. Ask D Howard (blocked most time) b Lopez, other 7 footers, players. At one point not only he was all of the heat offense but also anchoring heat D as well. Took him 400 less games to pass former number 1 in blocks. For the size position. Even ppl say he doesn't have 3 point shot. They don't maybe watch Wade in playoffs, he has better percentage than Kobe , harden, and well above league average and not from a same sample size, there season where he taken 7, 3pt shots and knocked down around 40%. And 52% year b4 last. If u really watch basketball, or any sport for that matter don't always believe what media tells u. Also he only missed 1 playoff game out abt last 90 possible games. He's what # on Altime playoff scoring list.
      I hate it when they even try to compare James Haren. Only fair comparison for Wade and Kobe is Wade and Kobe. They are different breed, pedigree, love big moments. And only record harden be setting in close out games is for turnover 13 in a closeout game and 10 in another.
