Ye , this happened to me, I started working like crazy but with no goal… although the effect disappears after 2 weeks of concentration. However, it still works for my dopamine which I was like an addict in away, always looking for pleasure such as watching hours of netflix etc, Now I do not do it anymore. I take ELVANSE, I do not if I have to change,,,
Stuck in the meds being short in the US. Diagnosed in May 2022 and Oct 2023 was given proper meds and then bam... They were short :(
