Capcom has said that if the upcoming remake of RE2 does well commercially (sales/money wise), then RE3 will receive a ground up remake as well. They were originally supposed to remake RE2 and RE3 and release them in both 2004 and 2006, but the sales for the remake of RE1 were considered poor despite selling nearly 2 million units...so Capcom couldn't get a budget from the profit to fund these projects. The director of RE1 (both original and remake) has said that he would love to get on board for an RE3 remake because it evokes the same sense of fear and mystery that RE1 did.

I still remember how much i shit myself the first time Nemesis comes smashing through a wall. This game terrified me for real back in the day. Was constantly on edge whole time i played it, lol.

You'd hear his roar and footsteps outside, but he only walks and roams the streets and doesnt attack unless he sees someone or something. The neighborhood has all just decided to live with it and just stay indoors and keep quiet, to not get the monsters attention.
