I know big gulp worms and other gulp products are biodegradable, I think it’s something to look into, now a days I think most if not all are ,again not sure.

Do u need a fishing license to fish from the surf..I’ve only ever fished the pier at Belmont shore but bought a 9’ pole to try surf fishing
@@caliraisedexotics Yes, you need a fishing license if you’re 16 or older.
The only place you do not need a license is any man made structure or piers.
If you fish a lot it’s worth spending the money and buy a year license. You are safe and don’t have to worry about getting a ticket.

You can halibut off of any of the local beaches but the water is too cold right now, try closer to summer.

Yeah Long Beach is a good spot for halibut but it’s a lot harder to catch them during the colder weather
