Happy New Year to you all and thanks for coming to another one of my videos. This video was filmed the day before I started a diet and hopefully will be the biggest you will ever see me LOL. The diet is going well and hope to keep it that way. I will still be putting out 1 video a week, but I will be severely limited in calories the rest of the week. For those of you starting a diet in this new year, join me in my journey. Lets lose some weight so we can eat even more at buffets, or maybe just to fit into our clothes again.

GREAT! Man BOB! You gotta start adding those chutneys to the pakoras and samosas! Makes them even better and will allow you to consume 5 times as many with the flavor variation! Go for Mint, Onion, and tamarind chutneys next time. Keep posting! THANK YOU! Will
Yes that for some reason that's how I've always eaten. I eat all of one thing on the plate and move to the next. Plus it's a lot easier to talk about when you're eating different foods. I can easily tell what food's good and tell my viewers what I think of that food
Bob, for a AYCE, you went surprisingly light on this one.. why weren’t you loading up and mounding those plates. The final round you came back with only plate with a very modest amount of food. Looked delicious
No worries at all. I always enjoy seeing people just throw random things out there with nothing factual whatsoever behind them. I think it speaks volumes about that person. Good luck trying to get your rumor started. Someday I hope you are able to come to peace with whoever it is that hurt you in life.

Great Video Bob ~ ! It's always good to know there are quality restaurants out there to go to. A lot of the buffet restaurants are entirely frozen flash fried/fired foods that are poor quality, mainly the asian restaurants as they order premade frozen food to stock their lines. love the content, keep it up ~ ! Maybe beard will do one with you one day .... hahaha

Always fun to watch your videos but how could you not end this video with halwa, kheer and galub jamun, all of those Indian buffet desserts are awesome!

the noodles are called Chowmien
That is what I would call them if I was in a Chinese restaurant, but they were clearly marked vegetable noodles so I just used what they used

Yes there are definitely places that do the premade. I'll eat it but you can easily tell when they made it there
