Hes not a good singer. He just has a deep voice. Hes much much better off becoming an announcer, or at least taking singing lessons to work on his control, tone, key, etc. listen to "ours beats" or "out of Cooaall" it just fades off quietly, no singing, no vibrato, nothing.

I get how you would think that, but for those who studied music or perform, frosty is a I IV V song with bridge that hits the typical 3 and 6 minor chords.
I'm really not trying to sound pretentious.
Imagine seeing a guy hold a ball. Once he starts to bounce it with his hand, and bounce it between his legs and throws it in the air, you know he's doing basketball.
If he dropped the ball, and used his feet to kick it around and moved wit, he's doing soccer. You know enough to be able to join in and play along.
This piano player knows that many songs are written in 1 4 5 form. Frosty the snow man is a simple song for anyone who plays music and understands that music has a form.

Yup, that's what I was thinking! I was like "wait, I can sing along to most of this in the same octave" (and I'm a high baritone at best). It's not necessarily about how low you can go, it's the absolutely massive bass quality of his voice!

It explains why he hasn't done anything musically. Very limited range unless he uses his natural singing voice which we haven't heard. yet

Now THAT'S a deep, rich voice singing bass! Probably can sing in the baritone range, but definitely not any higher because he's got that really rich bass. Totally unexpected coming from him! He's going somewhere!
Obviously he can sing baritone....he's doing it in the clip. And of course he's not built for singing in any active range much higher than what he's doing. But it would be unheard of if he could sing much above his natural range. People with that low of a voice just don't have crazy range unless they're some kind of genetic freak with an extra vocal chord or something. Lol
