I tried this boss last night after obliterating everything in his den and it destroyed me 5 times in a row. I got overconfident with my tuanasaur axe 😅
The first time I tried, even with 45 Lightning resistance, it went very badly for me. Can't wait to try again (though I think I will train the Rogue skills beforehand: i.e. the Breakthrough Dodge bonus).
why you have so much trouble with him? I just shot him in the face with a cannon pistol and sniper shot and fire ball over and over, took me about 60 seconds and he was down. also the only buff I had was warm.
If i remember correctly you find it in a cave in the western part of the Hollowed Marsh. It is marked by a huge tree(The west huge tree) Once inside you will need to get a key from a bandit captain which you will use to open a door which leeds to a room with can be identified by the green runes in it. All in all the only good thing about that backpack is that it works like a light but it's carring capacity is not the best.

I encountered him by accident and kicked my arse so bad I guess you are supposed to fight him at a later stage in the game
Do you have to have a quest to go fight him? I know where he is, just not sure if i need something to get in or whatnot.
It will give you the quest once you head inside the tower and start unlocking the path up to him

Was my first playthrough so my build wasn't anything special. On my second character though I can down him much much faster.
I think it was pretty fun to watch. Good fight!
Screw power builds
I'm gonna take him on with a mace and dagger build just for fun lol.

@@GeoAzn756 was my first as well, but still killed him first try, didn't even know about him till I was in the room where you fight him.
@@nizemee729 it has nothing to do with power builds all you need is snipe shot which any class or setup can use.

This is a year late but it's a unique halberd and you can find it in the embark forest and it will be in that giant palace place
