Lindayoung ,yes totally agree ,Sharon and Martin make such great interesting videos, and we are so fortunate to be taken along with them. Many people have struggled in so many different ways ,since covid.Im not sure Martin and Sharon are even aware what a great support and how reassuring they can be to many. I stumbled across them because of my new airfryer ,their demonstrations have given me so much confidence with experimenting recipes,that I now have 2 airfryers. Added bonus I discovered they live where my late parents retired to ,so I love going on their trips. You did really well getting back up to your hotel. We stayed in H10 opposite the lido, spent a few days in there frolicking under the fountain, sunbathing and lunch at the lovely cafe in there. What a great work ethic you both have, think I’ll book Sharon to care for me in the night time of my life as couldn’t think of anyone nicer to care for me😇 Shame you have to give negative people air time, said it before on here, they feel as though it’s a God given right to get on a soap box spouting out how hard done to they feel. Having said that it must feel quite raw when unjust negativity comes your way. Hi Sharon and Marin , me and hubby went to where you are now and did exact same walk down all those steps , everything seems up and down hill , but just a suggest our can wait at the taxi rank and they only charge 5 euros to take you back up to your hotel , have you not got a courtesy bus from your hotel we did , it’s nice going along on your jaunts and it’s wonderful for any housebound people who can almost feel they are on holiday too . Thanks for all your hard work , I’m trying carnivore too it’s not easy though but I will crack on with it .

On his return to Tenerife he practiced medicine with Dr. James Kyd Duncan Ingram. He served as mayor of Puerto de la Cruz from 1927 to 1931, 1934 to 1936 and 1944 to 1963. During the last period he started to develop tourism in the town and the Canary Islands generally. As well as converting a mansion to the large hotel Miramor, he also founded the Institute of Hispanic Studies in the Canaries (1953) and Puerto de la Cruz was declared a "Place of Interest for Tourism" (1955). 😊
We came back from the Atlantic Mirage last Thursday & we walked up & down those steps most days but if you don’t want to do the last lot of steps when you get to the bottom by the Casablanca take the path by the road & we found it easier, we are a couple in our 70s. It’s lovely to see your video & can’t wait to go back.

I think I'd be happier making my way down rather than attempting the climb up! Just noticed the black sand. Never been to Tenerife, but isn't it volcanic-related (I'm only 10mins in, so you may metion it later😊!)?? Yep, have a big breakfast and a nice evening meal. We did All Inclusive when our son was young (kids don't stop eating/drinking!!). Wasted on us as we hardly drink booze.1/2 Board was brilliant for us (Corfu: wonderful hotel/food). We haven't been abroad for years, but you're making it look pretty appealing, especially out of season.

We went to Noth Tenerife several times 50 years ago (giving away my age now!!!) ….. we also loved it more than the Souther part of the Island….OMG, the change is amazing - although I shouldn’t have been surprised because everything has changed in that time. I just want to say how much I appreciate you taking us on holiday with you, it’s lovely to see Puerto again, I’ve had some good holidays there in the month of October in the 80s it peed down with rain for days, and in the 90s when it was scorching hot in September, I just like that it is so nice and lush and green, unlike down south. I was gobsmacked at what you have to put up with from other people, Dave wants to go and find somthing better to do with his time, what does it matter if you’ve got 3 cars Sharon and have loads of holidays it’s no one else’s business. We went to Noth Tenerife several times 50 years ago (giving away my age now!!!) ….. we also loved it more than the Souther part of the Island….OMG, the change is amazing - although I shouldn’t have been surprised because everything has changed in that time. I just want to say how much I appreciate you taking us on holiday with you, it’s lovely to see Puerto again, I’ve had some good holidays there in the month of October in the 80s it peed down with rain for days, and in the 90s when it was scorching hot in September, I just like that it is so nice and lush and green, unlike down south. I was gobsmacked at what you have to put up with from other people, Dave wants to go and find somthing better to do with his time, what does it matter if you’ve got 3 cars Sharon and have loads of holidays it’s no one else’s business. You rightly put him in his place though both of you 😂😂😂 Thanks for doing what you do though, 99percent of us appreciate you. Your channel is great Thank you xxx

Great vlog that sea looks so blue. Walking back up the steps reminded me of returning back to our hotel after a night on the town 1 step up 2 steps down 😂😂 took us forever.
