In Harm's Way: Tavia and Hank conversation

When you're tasked with sneaking into the stock room to steal a radio, you're able to overhear Tavia and another guard, Hank, discussing the approaching herd, among other things. Since it goes on for a bit, it's common for people to either move out of hearing range, or grab the radio before they're finished.

Has been a while since I played, but I know that there's a specific set of dialogue in Long Road Ahead where you have to choose between talking to Omid and Christa about Omid's and Lee's shared interest in a certain thing, like in a specific order, to get some special shared dialogue between either Lee and Omid or Lee and Christa
Don't know if this is well-known or not though, I remember I discovered it when I was much younger because you missed out on some dialogue if you chose to talk to one before the other

I think it’s when you talk to Christa when trying to get the truck out of the way before going into the train and speaking with omid, christa will tell you they omid has an interest in civil war history. Then you can talk to omid and you will share in interest over that

One interesting thing to note about Hank is that his status is determined by weather or not Alvin was saved in episode 2. If Alvin was saved, Alvin will shoot Hank in the chest, killing him, but if Alvin was shot, Clementine will barricade the door with a locker and what becomes of Hank afterwards is unknown.

That's why in Episode 5 of Season 2 it's best to going north to find Wellington after Clem barricaded Carver's office.
