Hope you enjoyed our state! Where I am the earn by time is $15.75/hr. If you Dash by offer during busy times and Dash by Time during slow times I appear to maximize earnings. I also Dash by time when it says "lots of Dashers online expect wait time" and seem to make more during those times. It appears that there needs to be a strategic approach to it to switch between the options.
Dang I wouldn’t be doing DoorDash for that kind of money. I have been doing DoorDash for 30 days and have averaged $27/hr and I feel like it’s possible to get even higher
I have had my first two days of dashing and my first one I did by time and made $86 in 5 hours, the second day I chose per offer and made $99 in 4 hours. These may seem close but I received way further miles on the per hour and wasted double the gas so I will be doing per offer from now on
I do like a bit of EBT but the base pay needs to be near 20, I would say at least over 16 for me to even think of switching it on. It's good if you work hours like late nights where long waits at drive throughs happen. Where EBT actually stands out is it's pay rate in comparison to taking every offer on EPO, it's good for buffing stats without going bankrupt like you can taking terrible EPO offers where making 10 a hour for day or two just to get diamond or whatever is real possibility
I live and dash in Provo, UT!! That's so awesome to see you come to my turf. :) Tips in Provo are typically pretty low... were there any cities in Utah that you felt tipped better? Thanks so much for your review. I love your channel! Long live Daddy Dasher! ;)
I'm about to get the Emove Roadrunner Pro for under $3K, performance is 50mph , 50 mile range/distance with a hotswappable battery 🔋 (for a battery life extension totalling 100 mile range)
I've had days like this. Then days later I am getting $16 an hour. Every day is a coin toss. It's not always sunshine and rainbows and absolutely NOT consistent. But it's fine with me, it's the nature of the job.
If I can give you on tip from a dasher with 3856 deliveries is if you arrive at a store or restaurant and the customer calls you and say they decided to pick up the order, protect yourself and call dasher support to be unassigned and explain to them what's going on. It happened to me twice but never again I called and instead of unassigning, they marked it as delivered on there end and paid me and less than 30 minutes later, I had a contract violation. They confirmed both times with me, the store and the customer on a recorded line yet I still had to explain everything to the violation report. It's not a bad gig!
@@WolfDadT thank you for the advice. But I quit door dashing. I didn’t want to add too much mileage on my car. I don’t think it’s worth it long term for me
How many miles will an e-bike last? How many miles will a top of the line e-scooter last? If used for dashing would they be worth the expense compared to a small motorcycle that requires registration and insurance?
By offer is definitely better. We have by time ere in Vegas too, not worth it. Your dog is so chill. Wish I could take mine with me sometimes but he would go nuts.

Less travel time? Have you ever seen OC traffic? lol. I lived there for 15 years, it's a nightmare. Going 2 miles can take you 20 minutes. Thats why he has a bike.
@@michaelbell75 yes. I have seen OC traffic. I live in it. And yes, he showed us his drives times in Utah. So I’ll answer for him. It’s more profitable and less driving in Orange County. Even better if you use an E bike in San Clemente.
Thank you for the content 🙏🏼 & thank you for the car rental delivery vids📹 I'm about to rent a car for Door Dash deliveries my self my buddy works @Avis car rental @Long Beach ⛱️ Airport 🛫
Earn by offer has been significantly better than earn by time in my area... I have tested both out and i feel terrible taking those tiny tip orders on pay by time.
The stupid active time vs dash time, is active time = (click dash now till end dash) which doesnt mean driving. And dash time = (accept + deliver time for orders) which is actual driving and delivery. So, if your doing earn by time. The only money your making is from (Dash time + tips + promos). Active time is completely useless other than showing how much time your wasting.

Earn by time is baiscally CA's prop 22 in other states, but with lower rates (I got about $23/hr in the prop 22 section in the bay area)
Ehh I don’t think ebt is prop22 for diff places 🤷🏻♂️

@@BestDasherAlive Oh, Well the wording needs to be changed then, but either way EBT is awful.
Is the DoorDash still hiring ?
They still have like the easiest on boarding of any of the apps, Uber Eats probably being second.
