  • In this video I am working with a client around Procrastination. In Transactional Analysis terms, i use the Free Child Ego state - in a attempt to move from a "Impasse" place in the Therapy process. With this awareness Roweena makes connections with her struggles in the Therapy session and outside it!

Thanks for sharing this session. I stumbled across it whilst researching TA. I've been studying coaching and helping relationships for roughly 3 years, and it was inspiring for me to see how well you put so many of the theories I've learnt into practice during this session. I'm sure peoples lives are greatly impacted by your work

It actually sounds like inattention difficulties and dopamine seeking, which is related to ADHD. This thought crosses my mind because of the thrill she gets from ticking items off her list, being able to plan but not execute and being able to complete tasts when it is of high interest

Hello! Could I get a audio book for Transactional Analysis in Psychotherapy. Ans also, I may see the session and the forces in play here, I would love to have a strainght forward traditional description of the different roles we play.....the genesis and the end.
