with the rollo plugged in to your PC go to control panel > hardware and sound > devices and printers > scroll down to printers and right click rollo printer > printing preferences > go to settings > change density. I use 8 and the print is perfect and dark. apply and ok
I can try, we don't have that model here so you will have to give me some more info. What if any feedback is the printer giving you? Error codes, lights? What have you tried?

How do you get the print darker/ clearer? Mines not all that old. I’ve only just had it and the address looks faded when I print.

@@bunaynayslay I’ve done this even went up to 9 but it’s a Hermes label so not sure if it’s their design or what.

Not technically but mine does too. Its normal so maybe it is letting you know it has power?

Wow! Did you figure out the problem? I just had a similar situation and realized that I hadn't turned the power switch back on D'oh!
