I am SOOOOOOOOO TIRED of Strawberry Pound Cake!!!!!! I like the scent well enough, but I don't need it in a hundred different packaging designs. This is one of the reasons why I ended up selling my stock in this company. It highlights a real problem in lack of creativity. And this is why I've started shopping from Dirty Soul Soap Co--no affiliation, just saw their scents reviewed on this channel, bought a ton of samples (SAMPLES, BBW, do you hear that?!), fell in love, and put in a huge order that I'm now seriously loving way more than BBW. Dirty Soul mists are lasting at least twice as long on me compared to their BBW dupes, and don't seem to dry out my skin like BBW scents sometimes do.
They launched it twice in 2024 in 2 different package designs and 2 different price points. I hope everyone stocked up at 75% off last month and didn’t rush out to buy the new one for the sake of packaging.

I absolutely LOVE Strawberry poundcake it's in my top favs, and with this version has less strawberry and more cake and cream. It's watered down and it doesn't last. The juice is also lighter in this version compared to the other ones in my collection. I'm so sad😢
I do the same thing Bonnie, I always use it before bed because it is very calming. If I start getting anxious I spray my SSC, and it really calms you. I spray it everyday o matter what else I have on. It’s my favorite too!

I did get it in the new repackage because I loved the cute sprinkle dessert bottle and was so happy to see that the juice is pink. I always fear that the red juice will stain light fabrics, because I tend to over spray to make my fragrance last😉😊💕🍓🎂
Bath and body works needs to make leave in hair conditioner butters in their signature scents. I never even thought about the fact that they don't have strawberry Pound Cake in a body butter. What a shame cuz that would be so good

I wanted to see if the scent has changed with the repackage, so I just entered "strawberry poundcake" into the search bar. I noticed multiple repackages, so I started counting them....there's nine. Not including the beveled one you mentioned. Maybe that's why people are annoyed? It keeps "going away" and coming back. People stock up just in case it won't be back at all or at least awhile. I feel like BBW uses repackaging as an opportunity to raise the price and to change the formula/scent in some way. Does making it weaker save them production costs? Kind of like restaurants raising prices and giving smaller portion sizes.

I just finished a SPC moisturizing body wash, body cream and mist. I have a lot of backups so I’m not going to get anything with this new packaging. I do prefer Blueberry Bundt Cake though.
I enjoy it in the shower gel and the cream, but I just can’t get with the mist for some reason it smells so artificial it reminds me of burnt rubber. But I do have to share I had spc and winter candy apple together on my loofah in the shower and oh my gosh it was a heavenly bakery treat. Try it out!
Hi Bonnie! I'm one of the minority who is not a huge fan of SPC as this one can get too much for me even though I love gourmands. SPC in the candle form is WAY better than the body care in my opinion. I had picked it up in the mini fine fragrance mist last year and it's taking me awhile to get through. I picked it up for the first time ever in the full size in Valentine's Day packaging from this year during SAS. For some reason to my nose I get more of the whipped cream in comparison to my mini from 2023 which is why I like it. I love the black paired off with the colour with the packaging which is totally my aesthetic. I do not need anymore SPC. I hear the longevity with the latest trio bakery collection is not the greatest. I'm actually tired of seeing SPC keep coming back. I would like to see others come back more so like Bonfire Bash or Wrapped In Vanilla. I would also like to see more original fragrances being released.

My problem with strawberry pound cake besides it constantly coming out is that the candle smells significantly better than the body care! There’s less of that artificial smell their strawberry scents tend to have. It needs to go away for a while (or forever) so there’s room for new scents and less repackages 🩷🍓

I love it in the hand soap and hand cream. My dog’s favorite scent from BBW. She always comes running when I open the hand cream.

I got SPC wallflower not bodycare. Dont wanna smell like it. Iced Lemon Poumdcale was Way to Lemony strong.
