Does anyone know why some people regularly get these 25% off coupons added to their wallet in the app or mailed to them, and some of us never do? I'm sorry to complain, but it is a total bummer I never get them in either form. I even tried specifically signing up for their snail mail list and still haven't gotten anything.
I like using tropical in the summer, so I'm not buying any tropical body care until Summer Semi annual sale. The only exception was the Tropidelic body butter that I got for $4.99 at the last great sale.

Just wondering if you all clean your wallflower plugs to get all that gunk off? I always have residue on mine and they certainly don't burn as well with it on the wallflowers.

You have to click 5.95 and it gives you the full list of body care but if you do all sale it's only select body care glad y'all explained it for me before I placed my order 😂
They usually do these sales prior to new releases to make space for them. New releases are always full price to start but later there may be a sale that includes them. They want maximum profit bc there are impulse shoppers.
I'm in Canada so we don't even have this great sale up here today. But if we did I probably wouldn't shop, omI only shop online if I absolutely have to, like if I don't have the specific store in my town. But we have a bath and Body Works so for the most part I only shop in store...
HERE MY SCOOBY DOO mystery.. last find fragrance Michelle when they were like ridiculously inexpensive all fine fragrance Mists were on sale, I bought 20 online when I went to the store to exchange to, they would only let me swap them for the ones that were the same price of the ones I wanted to exchange. Which made no sense. On the day I purchased them, they were all the same price. Now I have no problem giving them the extra dollar but actually it was in my favor I wanted a 1695 spray and was exchanging a 1795 spray. How does this make any sense!??? I can understand if it's not purchased and you don't have a receipt and it's not the day that all the same product was on sale but if you have a receipt that you bought the product on a day that it was on sale that means, the exact other fine fragrance Mist that was either $1 or $1 or less, was also the same sale price and perhaps your store was out online was out Etc
Their online and in store system is different. You can only return online orders for a refund to original payment but no option to exchange. For exchanges, they require ID and it has to be the same item type and price. Those exchanges are all considered “no receipt” returns which has a limit per year. It doesn’t matter what the sale price was. If the FFM is $17.95 originally you can do an even exchange for a FFM $17.95 or less. This same thing happened to me when I needed to exchange an item from a BOPIS. Read the online return policy.
