You’re the best of the best. Your content helps me so much to understand. I’m taking my exam this Saturday, and I’m praying to God that he help me pass this exam. Thanks Joe!
Joeeeeee, just wanted to thank you for the videos and your ability to break down the concepts and vocabulary elementary style. I passed my test first time yesterday and I couldn’t have felt more prepared. I highly recommend the practice test portion of joe’s website at the least as i felt it made a huge difference for me along with the videos. Good luck everyone, vocab memorization and understanding the concepts is what you need!
Big fan of your videos.. unfortunately I by 15 points and 3 points!!! Will you ever do a extensive video on the real estate math and or formulas regarding the real estate math piece!! Love all the videos you post..
A little late but for anyone else that needs help. Estoppel means that you originally had said or done actions to someone and an estoppel prevents you from changing your original agreement. Ex: Mara shows Jason a few houses and makes comparative market analysis for all of them. This is the unspoken hinting of her being his real estate agent. In the future Jason becomes to difficult to work with so Mara tries to say "I'm done, we never even had an official agreement anyways" an estoppel will prevent her from being able to say that in the future because of her past actions (showing the houses and making CMA's)
Just passed my exam today! All thanks to you! I really appreciate all of your content.
Congrats!

Thank you Joe for the help 🙏 with my realstate exam 🙏 🙌
I will be starting my class next week and omg this sounds like a foreign language 😅
These videos are so helpful!!
Real estate would be much simpler if the ONLY agency was written contract agency. Would minimize headaches AND confusion!😉
