Stopped drinking and smoking some 15 years ago and started to do music with this weird finnish band called Agents.
Beats me, maybe HIM and all the fame was too hard to handle without drugs/alcohol, so he kinda grew out of it?
I quess he's healthy and enjoys he's life more now than back in those days.

I kinda do feel nostalgic too, since one girl who used to be my best friend in the elementary school was huge fan of HIM (Ville's band) and also Ville himself. She has changed quite much from the times we were close (she will soon turn 21), but I know she still adores that man, and that makes me very happy :)

I remember meeting with a wonderful woman when this song first came out. We spent 3 years of our life together and it was the most beautiful time I lived through. That beautiful and wonderful woman has been married to another man now and it's been 2 years that I have not heard or seen her. This song, this melody, Ville voice just sent me into a journey through nostalgia and memories. ❤️

+Maria Hernani hello there! I'm Mexican, currently living in Finland. I don't think HIM is still one of the most loved Finnish bands for Finns, but indeed one of the most campus and respected also! I've found many people who still listen to them, and they sdmit their talent ;) (that'll never happen with our Mexican famous ones haha they're almost all crap).

Un idioma tan diferente como el finlandés es como un instrumento más en una canción. Me pasa lo mismo cuando escucho canciones en Turco, luego en español suenan muy diferentes.
Fernando Bonham Es verdad, hace 5 años que llegue a Finlandia me parecia ruido, es mas, no conseguia distinguir las letras en las palabras casi, menos poder comprender palabras, era como si oyera "ajhdjashdakhfdhbpññe" osea no me sonaba a NADA. Ahora pienso eso del sueco, o peor, el danes :D

Nyt puhun vähän, ja se on kyllä vaikkea! :D Te recomiendo el sur, vivo en Tampere, pero vivi 5 años en Oulu, al norte, y no era el frio el problema si no que el hielo es peligroso para conducir o caminar, y tener que pasar 10 min quitando 30cm de nieve del carro en la mañana no es de dios, y eso si te llega a encender el auto, por que de -20 en adelante puede que no, ni conectandolo.

Well... almost week after the last HIM show in Warsaw, it's snowing and this song is just perfect for evening like this. It gives so much hope, that Ville's voice won't calm down. It would be great pleasure to see and hear his new "face" - simple, accoustic, blues, jazz, there are so many options. Ville, your talent and voice is far wider and so much greater than singin' only love metal. This song, beautiful video, tells me about mature, strong man, not the rebel boy from rock band. Great progress, great music journey. Ville, hope to see you soon with your great solo album.

I have listened metal and rock for my whole life.. I've never liked HIM so much..
but this makes me think, that Ville has a very delegant and gentle voice, yet with his metal songs it's strong and powerful... so.. Mr. Valo can make all types of songs, if he wants to.. :) And i like when artists renew theirselves.
