Tesla model 3 Y Control Arm Squeak Creak Sound Fix

Use a jack to lift the wheel-assy when assembling the ball joint again. (Which seems VERY loose btw). I believe the sound normally comes from the ball joint and not the bushings as most tend to only inject grease into the rubber boot and thats it. Wonder how you got grease inside the bushings and not just plastering it around them without any real use.

Have extra jacks just showing for others that you can do it with one.

Dam man everyone always says they hear it when it's cold but for some reason I only hear it when it's super hot out and when it rains it goes away

Hi Luis, have u check the play of the ball joint? And the shock tower when it happens try to lube them to make sure they are not worn. And I hope it is not your power steering rack.

Yeah I have but it's coming from behind the break rotor so weird sometimes I spray wd40 and then it goes away then sometimes it doesn't @car-lo

You can also check the wheel bearing, put it on jack and spin the wheel freely (easier to check for rear wheel m3)
