    Hello
    Does it matter what Colour shade net you have? I have 300sqm shadenet that I want to use? Also do you know the soaking does habanero pepper in a greenhouse ?

    Hello Mr Panuka, great work!
    A couple of questions in regards to shade nets,
    - Which is a better material for the perimeter cover, insect netting or the shade net itself?
    - what percentage of shade factor do you recommend for a commercial operation in an area that receives a good amount of sunshine throughout the year?
    Regards

    Do you think if some protective covering had been put on top of the wood poles to prevent ripping of the shade net could have helped.

      Yes it could have helped, actually we had put some padded material but the wind and friction is quite strong. Still requires constant maintenance

    Mr. Panuka. I would be grateful to know what’s the technique you use for preparing beds. I don’t figure it would be practical for you to drive a tractor through there.😅

      In the greenhouses, we do not use a tractor. We use fertility trenches.

    In terms of growth of plants ... what colour shade net is best for what plants?

      Green has had a better result but we have also used black.

    Why not use ecopoles made from recycled plastic? We manufacture recycled plastic poles . They're non biodegradable, won't rot, won't rust, no termite attack .

      What is the comparison in terms of cost implication between 3 materials; wood, metal and recycled plastic?

    The calculation in dollars is too much mr panuka $50 000 ?

    • @panukafarm156
      @panukafarm156  2 года назад

      The $20 is the cost of greenhouse infrastructure per square meter. For the net, Its around $8 per meter
