Great quiz. Tutankhamun was 9 when he became Pharoh and died around 19 when he died.I got 90/100

92 out of 100. It is fun to see how sometimes knowledge concerning the wrong awnsers can help you out. Never heard of that surgery fella, but of course I know who Flemming (penicillin) and Pasteur (pasteurisation) were and I know they weren't known for that discovery.

96. I hope for 100 one day
92 (94 with bonus points). I basically failed at a few questions about Africa, which US president signed the act and the sepsis doctor and the teacher of Plato. I'm actually a tiny bit surprised I got so many modern questions (19th and 20th century questions). I'm from Norway and my special interest is ancient and medieval history, as well as Napoleonic, though I am fond of all history. That said because they came with options the quiz was a lot easier than it could have been. Without the options I would have failed a lot more.
80/100 was my score today. I don't know the bonuses. I would guess King Tut was a teenager when he passed. Thanks for another great quiz, Ben! ♥

Maya civilization collapsed around 900 BC, many centuries before the Spanish conquest of Mesoamerica.
Other than that I enjoyed very much your quiz.
Thanks for commenting. Whilst what is referred to as the classic Mayan civilization collapsed long before the Spanish arrived, the Mayans as a people continued and were conquered by the Spanish. There are many historical references to this.
Though the nation as a nation died out between 800-1000, remnants of the Mayas lasted until 1697.
It’s technically true, yes, but it’s a bit of a strange question since usually people refer to the classical Maya states/civilization. It’s a bit like saying that the British conquered and colonized the Assyrians, you know because the UK ruled Iraq after WW1

Don't know the Q9 bonus but I will try 18? Q35 bonus is the Supermarine Spitfire, unless it also had some alphanumeric code assigned to it that I can't think of.

Yes, he was was estimated to be about 18/19. And correct on the Supermarine, which for some reason is one of my favourite names for something. It just sounds so impressive 😁. Thanks for commenting and playing

98/100. I got the periodic table and the Shang dynasty questions wrong. I love history quizzes as they're by far my best subject. There was a good mix of questions and periods.

Very few (if any) of these questions are the kind you have to reason out. They are facts - either you know them, or you don't. THEREFORE - you don't need 10 seconds or more to figure them out. This test is good, but takes too long.
100/100 I am a History prodigy, And Yeah Tutankhamen was 9 When He was King and Was a Teenager When he passed away.I am a History Major For Pit's Sake. Anyway Ben that was something of a Quiz.Tho On The King Tut part Some Sources Say he died at 17 or 19.
