It's crazy, they would be 20 and 21 now. It's just heartbreaking. They should have gone through high school, had their first kisses, gone to homecoming dances, and prom. They should have gotten their driver's licenses, first cars, and first jobs. They should have proudly stood there with their peers in their cap and gown. They should be in college now, going out on the weekends with their friends. It's so hard to imagine stealing the life from someone. Especially someone so young. Pure evil.
i swear their pictures get me every single time. such sweet, innocent girls. it’s incredibly heartbreaking 💔😢.
I was thinking of all they've missed too. It's terrible. I feel for these families, such a long journey for them.

It was Abby's first time crossing the bridge, a local right of passage with the young ones, a first, a memory making first. Her mum said she would have been grounded but Abby didn't care, it was what all the young kids in Delphi do, goofing around, making memories. Their lives were STOLEN by that monster.
I was the same age as Libby and Abby, but now I'm in college and they never got to grow up, it's so heartbreaking :(

I believe Bryan Kohlberger is innocent! There’s no way he could murder 4 people on different levels in the home and fight with Ethan in 8-9 minutes. Now we know they had over 50 stabs on each one. Law enforcement has seemed very shady. And Bryan is facing the firing squad! And the survivors seem very sketchy to me. They were texting each other during the murders! And didn’t call 911 for 8-9 hours! But yet called students to go see what happened!! The house was contaminated by all the students. Law enforcement had 2 dna samples but didn’t even test the other dna.

The parents (and grandparents) are absolutely amazing and wonderful people. Especially Becky Patty (Libby's grandma). She keeps smiling and keeps a positive attitude on life despite everything. Libby's sister Kelsi is an amazing woman too!

I feel horrible for al of the family and friends and lived ones of Abby and Libby, as well as horrible over Libby and Abby. None of this should have ever happened and I believe Richard Allen is NOT the right person. I think he sadly was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I also feel like Baldwin and Rosie are absolutely going to blow this case wide open and expose the truth that will lead us to the real culprit(s) responsible for this heinous crime.

Same! This case has my heart ♥️ my # 1 case. I live in CC. At that time I lived 5 or so minutes from the crime 😢 Camden. CC will never ever be the same! Valentines Day is forever ruined and no more. I don’t celebrate it anymore. Justice for the girls and their families 💜💜

Those attorneys were very unethical, imo knew exactly what the other was doing. None of it was by accident. There’s people and ytubers that know it too! Even an Ex pos LE!

Nevermind that the attorney violated a gag order and discussed the case and defense strategy with the man who leaked the photos. The attorneys said they would work pro bono to stay on the case. Of course Allen would want those attorneys to represent him. He won't have to pay them. Free council is like gold

I'm actually not as convinced as I previously was that he's guilty. The nonsense with the judge trying to remove the attorneys isn't helping to alleviate my suspicion that there is way more to this case than meets the eye.

I don't know what case you guys are talking about, but DNA on a bullet AT the crime scene, him keeping the jacket from the video/murders in his home, and his confession to his wife from jail that he killed Abby and Libby...oh yeah, and he looks like Bridge Guy...probably because he did it.
@@scottnsammihe admitted he was there. His car was spotted in a parking lot leading to the crime scene. He was spotted with blood and mud on him coming out of the woods where the crime scene was. A bullet that matched his gun was found under the bodies. He also confessed to his wife in a hail house call. Yeah, nothing “solid” 🙄

how do you know they're getting justice. It's still the same judge. An extremely biased one. You think it's going to be a fair trial? She's already mishandled this case multiple times. It's injustice for both parties to have the same judge on this case

I think it absolutely is unreasonable to not bring the trial forward, had the judge not acted nefariously that trial would've started now. This whole case stinks in terms of the prosecution, really bad fishy.

@@Juke582 even if you think I must have this wrong, which is fine, you must trust that the justices ruled on the side with the strongest evidence. Another word's the defence attorneys that got reinstated had the stronger case and that has nothing to do with whether Richard Allen is guilty or not.
You don't see anything fishy, I see things that are fishy with the maltreatment of RA to unconstitutionally taking the defence attorneys off the case is fishy - why would anyone who's supposed to be impartial do that? She ought to recuse herself and I wonder why she's not doing so.
The importance of getting this right is for young Liberty and Abby and their parents, no one else.

I'm not fully convinced about Allen. I'm also struggling to see how there wasn't more than one person, it would be very hard to commit this crime, especially considering the other allegations. Traditionally, religious sacrifice was not a solo act. It feels really poorly dealt with by law enforcement too. Something is missing. Something isn't right.

The standard required by law in order to convict someone, isn't whether or not we would trust them or whether we would allow them to "babysit our kids"..like you suggested.
The law and those of us who care about freedom, fairness, true justice and human rights need a lot more than that in order to justify taking away someone's life.
We want to follow the law, which demands a trial for the accused, where his accusers produce sound evidence backed by experts and he gets to defend himself.
This is the only way to ensure that we avoid wrongful convictions and protect innocent people, nobody is defending a murder.. we are defending the rights and freedom of everyone.
A person's basic human rights should never be taken guilty or not and someone's freedom or life should never' be taken from anyone..

I used to work in Monon, and I never even knew the bridge was there. You can't see it from the main road.

What is so sad about the whole case is these girls will never get the right justice. Everything is so suspicious and people are acting too sly. The jury is going to have the worry of " if we don't find him guilty the public will be so mad" so even if there is no "real" evidence against him, I think he is screwed. Not saying he didn't do it but there is just so much going on. I think they need to take this to a different state

100% this case and the Idaho 4 the public has already convicted both of these men without a fair trail. I am not saying either of the cases the men are innocent but there isn't hard evidence that isn't disputable that has been made public yet

The more you look at that clip of the man on the bridge the more I wonder how his family or others did not recognise it was him. From the gait, the clothes, the way he's hunched over surely someone should have recognised him long before they picked him up.
That's what I've been saying for so long. I pictured my dad dressed like that wandering along a bridge. I would know my dad from more than appearance. I would know a number of people for more than just their looks.

The perp who actually stole and leaked those photos was in court this week getting his comeuppance. And even if one did, why the did the entire team get booted? There’s also a lack of due diligence thing. Seagull’s a judge to ensure people abide by the rules. She is a horrible role model. And then she gets “promoted”??! 🙄 Even if it was a pending promotion, take a step back and look at the optics. It was horrible timing. Makes Delphi look even shadier and corrupt.

The crazy thing is, allegedly, had his attorneys not been made to step away from this case by the judge, allegedly, these new charges would have never been brought. The saddest thing about it is the girls who lost their lives are barely mentioned if at all in these news coverages and they are being put in the backround. I really wish news outlets, podcasts, and etc would do a few memorable pictures of the girls after every coverage of this case.

Get your facts straight and read the documents. Allen was told when he was first charged that if new evidence came in he would be charged again.
@chicosmummy yes I get and saw that. However, that does not change the fact that because of what this judge did, it gave the prosecution more time to go through everything to actually find the evidence to back these charges, which may not have been brought had the trial started and the judge stayed in her lane and not overstep on his rights. Until he is found guilty and even there after, he still has rights, which was stumped on by this judge, which directly led to these charges actually being brought when in reality they may not have been brought if his right to counsel was not interfered with by this judge. This is my opinion, and I'd rather have the laws followed by everyone involded than him walking free due to grounds of appeal because his rights were violated, if found guilty by a jury, and in the eyes of the law. I wouldn't be surprised to see a filing by the defense of these new charges dismissed because of how they have come to light. If the defense is smart, you will see a filing to dismiss these new charges.

Doesn’t make sense they still want to keep the October trial date- the only reason it was pushed back because he was forced into taking new lawyers. Indiana authority is shady.

Should Allen's legal representation perform inadequately during the trial, he retains the right to file an appeal on the grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel. The defendant can't predict everything that will happen during the trial. While the legal system is not flawless, it does not prohibit an appeal simply because one initially advocates for their attorneys' qualifications. Things change. Mistakes happen.
His own legal team are taking advantage of him. There's no indication he knows the full scope of the issues or that he authored his own letter
So if someone sneaks into your home or business, takes pictures of information they are not supposed to have, you are somehow responsible for their criminal actions?

This video completely deludes this case. It’s like watching a sanitised version of what’s going on. In all my years of following criminal cases and forensic psychology, I have never seen such a bizarre and nefariously suspicious case that was put together. These were ritualistic murders, allegations of misconduct at every level involving law enforcement, prosecution and judicial. But you wouldn’t know any of that if you only watched this video.

yup, this case is a good exercise in reserving judgment until the evidence is presented. if we are kind and caring and he turns out to be a monster, nothing is lost and we've practiced being kind. if he turns out being innocent and we treat him like a monster, we become them ourselves.

The attorneys took photos, that’s breaking the law , they should get investigated and not work on this case. What part don’t they get?
1) the attorneys didn't take photos. A 3rd party did who is now being prosecuted.
2) the 3rd party went into 1 of the attorneys office to do this. The other attorney had no part in any of it since the attorneys work for completely different firms.
3) it was unknown to the attorney who's office it was that the 3rd party took photos of the case files.

All this is making me nervous about the outcome of this trial. I really hope the prosecution brings a super strong case. The fact that they threw in additional charges isn’t necessarily a good thing. I think we all really want to see these girl’s families get justice. I’d like to see a strong prosecution team, like the one who prosecuted Darrell Brooks.
No, the additional charges are an excellent thing. If the jury can't convict on 1 charge because of the parameters (even if they believe he did do it), then they'll most likely be able to convict on the other charges. This is what the prosecution should have done with the Casey Anthony case. They over charged her and should have offered an additional lower murder charge that the jury could have convicted her on.
I still can't get over the resemblance of James Chadwell. The sketch looks exactly like him, they just made the sketch look older. It resembles Chadwell way more than RA. His voice is identical, he is in jail for exactly the same crime right now. It's uncanny. Unless they have a close up video of RA from the cell phone footage or direct DNA, I can't imagine how they are going to say this guy did it. Nobody does this sort of thing and then just lays dormant for years. You don't just kidnap and off two youngsters out of the blue. It makes no sense.
I suspect that Bryan Kohlberger in the murders of the Idaho 4 is innocent. And I truly not believe at this point that Richard Allen is guilty of these 2 murders!

There could be a number of theories about the bullet. Here are mine: someone borrowed his gun, he was out shooting/discharging the gun on a walk in that area which had nothing to do with the murders (rare coincidence), he was present as a witness but did not engage in the act, his gun was stolen, the forensics may be wrong/there is a possibility it could be from another firearm.@@sagemaster3408
