    i'm 230 pounds and i box (amatuer). I've done this every day for the past month (although not as perfect as manny here) and i've noticed a huge difference in stamina, core strength, conditioning etc. It really is a good excercise to do, very painful but definetly worth it.

    its funny ppl work out for a half hour a day and wonder why they don't see results , he just did 700 reps in 10 min , prolly runs like 10 miles , and that's just his morning warm up lol

      Shorter more intense workouts like this will be better then working out a couple hours with short breaks in between. Working out for a half hour a day is plenty of exercise. Just gotta work out the right way during that half hour. No rest, a splash of water here and there and you're good to go.

      It's not at all difficult. Start slowly like 10 reps or even 5, build up slowly and you'll get there

      @Retro Twix I can do these quicker than Mani as he has a few breaks. I take into consideration that he's probably already ran ten miles and also done some other training. It really isn't hard. I think after six weeks of this I need to mix and vary this routine now with different ab work as I'm finding this pretty easy now. I've worked my abs pretty good in the past so I don't find this too crazy. Keep it up! I'll also add that that my ab routine follows a 30-45 min workout with weights.

      @Retro Twix Haha I don't do videos for RUclips. I have more interesting stuff I could be uploading if I could be bothered. Seriously, my workout isn't anything out of the ordinary and there are better routines you could be watching on RUclips. But as I said, you do not have to be anything other than moderately fit to do this. Surely you don't have to see me to believe that!? There are guys down your local gym that you can see do crazier shit than this.

    The first time I tried this (about a year ago), I could only do 20 each and sometimes couldn't do the whole thing, and that's including having done alot of ab workouts prior. Presently, I can do the whole workout 50 reps each and at times are wanting to do more. This exact workout has greatly helped with my core strength.

    2 week going strong! 3 times last week and 1st time this week i'm going to push for another 2 throughout the week and pick up more shifts throughout the following weeks this is extremely hard so I do close to 30- 45 depends on which rep it is...remember folks he is a professional athlete lol don't die trying to keep up just take your time and progress as best as possible

      i dont focus on reps and just do each exercise for the same amount of time as him and i found it pretty easy. i prob got like 30-45 reps each but i prob had better range of motion than him tbh

      +Kaori Wolf Get past the first few and when you turn on your side for oblique crunches the neck pain subsides. It's a killer though.

    I am currently starting a 3 minute workout on my abs to build up to this. I tried this for the first time this morning and about died. Got to lose my stomach, i figure I will move on to this next month. Great workout though

    For my ab workout at the gym, I crunch the entire stack of about 300 lbs at 35 reps per set. I do about 6 sets. Yet, I am really feeling Pac's ab exercises. I can feel the burn instantly. These are very effective.

    I do this same ab routine 5x a week with a few extra moves. It takes me about less than 20 minutes as I am 6 foot 1 with longer legs and torso. Manny does this routine without hardly stopping in about 10 minutes. This routine demands a lot of endurance!

      Oh man, lol that comment was years ago. Life has gotten in the way. I only work out about three times a week. I do squats, lifts, pull ups, upper body. But that routine definitely is a killer workout. You abs will burn the more you do it, and the more strength you’ll gain as well. You can’t help but get a six pack if you do this every day.

    I have tried many of Manny's workouts on RUclips...all are simple and same..no rep is complex..but the speed, intensity and continuity make the difference..u don't need fancy equipments to get a six pack..

    I have done a lot of ab workouts in my time, but this yielded the best results. You will laugh off body shots if you do this every other day.

    Manny's ab workouts are the best. To make these even harder, wear ankle weights once you get used to getting through the whole workout, makes it more challenging! (I wear 2.5 lbs on each ankle)

    I've been training my wholebody for almost a year now. I decided to do this as my ab routine everyday. I was surprised that I find this sets relatively easier for me. Hopefully this will make my abs pop. I'm at 12% body fat. lol. I added lying leg raises and killer sit 100 sit ups after the Manny's routine.

    God damn this is just part of his routine for boxing. Don’t forget the sparring, running, maybe swimming, foot shuffles, heavy bag, speed bag, there’s so much more. No wonder they’re champs they work hard asf and anyone can do it if they work hard enough.

    I think this is a great AB workout video.. i believe that those who " DISLIKE " this video doesnt have the Filipino attitude of Manny Pacquiao who trains very hard and Fight For his Country.

    Damn, this exercise look easy. It's hard to keep along. Damn Manny, you're good. That's why my boy Floyd doesn't want to fight with you, now I understand how hard you train.

    i just found out that strong abs really improves your punching power and has alot of other benefits. i was always working out my shoulders and triceps for speed and power but after doing this workout my boxing has really improved this is a key workout for all fighters

    I made it through the entire video but I didn't do as many reps as him..20 of each was my limit....this is amazing will be back every day until I knock all 50 out...okay maybe not everyday but at least 3-5 times a week.
