  • I started another 3 day course of IV steroids to hopefully calm the beast. I won't have a better idea until I go for an MRI on 1/22 but it'll keep me walking until then.

Mallery you are awesome!! Watching your videos seriously helps me become more positive about being diagnosed in December with MS after I started having symptoms very soon after my 21st birthday last year. I knew something was wrong with me when I wokeup to my hands and feet being numb (which they still are) then my whole body. I currently am still dealing with numb hands and feet along with muscle weakness and issues walking and just "normal" things like writing. It really sucks! & it is so hard to be positive. Seeing you with a child and living so positively just motivates me SO much! And I should be going for my first treatment of Tysabri next month. Thank you SO much for sharing your story and being sooo helpful.

I made a few videos because of you and I'm happy to see you making videos again! I had my MRI on the 7th and my results will be explained on the 16th so I've been nervous about that but I've been trying to focus on the good days like you said! Thank you for making content and just doing your best! It's super motivating!

Love watching your videos. You’re doing awesome. I like that thought - You have to have bad days to appreciate the good ones!

I’ve been a nurse for 4 years now and I never thought I’d be the one to get sick. For over two years now I’ve had numerous symptoms of ms but never knew it until two doctors told me that they suspected it back in 11/17. I was at work one night and my back was hurting lately but then my leg went numb. You were the first person who showed up when I searched for multiple sclerosis symptoms. My pain doctor still thinks something is wrong due to my abnormal reflexes and numbness. Now I don’t want ms or the fibromyalgia I have been diagnosed with but you truly inspire me to keep fighting for each day.

Hallo Mallery, enjoying the good days makes it easier to stand the bad ones ☺️. You climbing up the rope ladder looked amazing! I can’t do this anymore. My walking distance is short, very short. And my walking looks like I am drunk 🥴. Well, I am not. Stretching and physical training helps me avoid tremors and spasms as far as possible. When my body gets warm ( from exercise or fever 🤒 or high temperatures outside) I cannot walk at all. Most of the time I am using my wheelchair. Wishing you a good week, despite the „normal“ MS things 🥰😍😘

Please, if you are able to try Ocrevus! I can say from myself and others I talk to, it has been so helpful while dealing with this disease. Others whom have mobile issues have seen improvement in their walking. Hope you're able to try it and it helps ❤

Thanks for sharing the reality. I have been sharing similar concerns,MRI negative but body is declining. Clearly, there are lesions that even the MRI cannot see and I at this time am considering pain mgmt. It's a job battling this illness and the good days do make you appreciate the good ones. So,Lemtrada is going downhill for you?

      AJ's HR
I believe she’s on Tysabri infusions monthly, and a three day 1gram infusion of IV steroids right now to knock down inflammation and that “something doesn’t feel right” feeling.
