    Great video! My wife and I just hiked through Grayson Highlands on a 60 mile trip and seen the horses and cows. Just gorgeous up there.
    Thank you for sharing your experience.

    Wondered to your channel after a fb group was suggesting this park. I searched and your channel came up. Great video and I've subbed to continue following your journey. Do you mainly stay in va?

    Thank you for sharing this beautiful hike! I've been wanting to get down to Grayson Highlands but did not have a good feel for which trails to take. Your hike looks perfect! Could you share a listing of which trails you took and the mileage? I'm assuming you did a loop?

    Thanks for doing this video... I'm going up there to Grayson Highlands next week do you have a map of your hike or a suggestion if I only want to go about 8 miles

      Excellent, Don. You'll have a great time.

      I would suggest starting from Massie Gap and then hiking South on AT over Wilburn Ridge. You can also take the Wilburn Ridge Trail. Then, continue on the AT to the Thomas Knob Shelter for some great views. That's about 4 miles out from Massie Gap. I think that covers the best section.

      @@MrTheHu ok great thank you., Is this hike 14 miles total? And is that the Grayson Highlands map

    • @MrTheHu
      @MrTheHu  3 года назад

      Yes, above is a 14 mile loop. It’s a Grayson highlands map with the Mt. Rogers recreational area too. The AT leaves the official state park and goes into Mt. Rogers.
