  • My series on the Core Twenty continues with another nature deity. This time, it's Gozreh, god and goddess of the sea, the sky, and the natural world.
Gozreh is both male and female, with his male aspect representing wind and storms, and her female aspect representing the sea. The two aspects together represent the natural world more broadly, and are widely worshiped by druids throughout the Inner Sea. The Wind and the Waves is powerful, but temperamental, and has a tumultuous relationship with the civilized world.

I must thank you for creating this channel. So far every video has been a pleasure and I will look forward to seeing more. One god in particular I would love for you to cover eventually is Groetus.

Thank you! Groetus is on the schedule for next year. He's way too cool to ignore.

my favorite PF character ever was a barbarian worshipper of gosreh (who treated their rage state as a means of honoring gosreh’s dual nature), so this deity will always have a special place in my heart, imo you really did her justice here beyond just being “the green faith, but theistic”.
    these videos kick ass btw

Thanks very much. I love that idea for a follower of Gozreh. It fits so well, but it's one I haven't heard before.

@@Podfinder ty! i have a weird obsession with making PCs that are very devout but aren’t clerics (mostly because i like pure martial classes so much), but i was surprised by how flavorful some martial abilities/feats can be with that sort of character. would recommend!
looking forward to more videos! excited to see what topics you get into after the core 20

My first exposure to pathfinder is through Owlcat's Pathfinder Kingmaker game and my first PC is a Gozran Inquisitor. I imagine almost every NPCs there are turning their heads and saying "Since when does Gozreh use inquisitors?" XD. I was not familiar with the lore back then

Not gonna lie, I love the idea of a Gozran Inquisitor. So much opportunity for interesting and unconventional roleplay.

Well, I need to finish the Core Twenty before one of them dies. But after that...

That's gonna be a hectic video bc you'd have to go through their pre-tyrants grasp self and then their ascent to godhood. Same with Noticula tbh

      Arazni next week.
